My family and I really enjoyed Twin Chutes. Check in was easy, the location on the mountain was quiet and peaceful (from the balcony we saw a moose walking down the slope), and the unit was as described with plenty of cooking supplies and equipment for eating in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay with amazing communication & info

We had an amazing time with our stay and would stay here again. There was plenty of room and the location was great. The only thing I would say is only one parking space is provided and affordable public parking is limited and far from stay. They do provide great transportation via shuttle so it’s very easy to get around. Would highly recommend this to groups!

well stocked.Customer service was excellent. Answered questions almost immediately

We were scheduled to go to Maggie Valley, but the hurricane hit.So, at the last minute we changed plans. Little disappointed that gondolas/ski lifts /alpine slide were not operating when we were there. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, scenery, golf and food. We drove to Leadville and enjoyed te train ride. Drove the Boreas Pass. It was a very relaxing, last minute frip here.

Fabulous family getaway

Great location; riding the gondola into town was an added convenience. Condo is spacious, quiet and well appointed. Only fyi would be that the full-sized pool is off property (a short walk/gondola ride).

Incredible location !

Furniture, linen, pillows not in perfect shape. Closet full of stuff that left small space for our things. Carpet not very clean. The location is incredible and the codo is also very confortable !!! Perfect for a family vacation

I will exclusively stay with Avant Stay properties in the future

The Avant Stay group excels at what they do! Not only was the property positively divine, but their communication, the cleanliness, and the amenities went above and beyond expectations! The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you would possibly need. Not only the essential cups and plates, but also serving platters and pots/pans. Our family loved playing the variety of games that they offered in the cheery, spacious family room. We have stayed at a variety of rental homes before and are accustomed to having to provide our own toiletries and paper products. While we brought them all we never had a need for any of them because of how well supplied the unit was. Going forward I plan to only look at Avant Stay properties for all future vacations. Thank you for the amazing memories you helped our family build!

Family Ski Trip

You cannot beat the location of this property! It is wonderful for a family or group of adults as three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom in the room.

Fantastic ski in/out

Great property, exactly as billed. Easy ski in and ski out with the ski lockers and rental shop right below you as well as direct access to the lift. Sevens restaurant right next-door is a great lunch spot.

Perfect location

The location is perfect for going up the mountain or in to town. The gondola comes right to the location, which made it easy to sightsee in town. The rooms were great and plenty of showers/baths for our large group. Highly recommend

Perfect location

Great location and plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms for everyone. We had 6 adults and 3 small kids. The lodge shuttle could be more better, and only one of the ski lockers was working. Otherwise it was a perfect fit

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious! Loved being able to catch the chair lift right from the property! Didn’t realize they had a rental facility in the building …next time we’ll plan to use them rather than renting in town. Awesome free shuttle from the property that was super helpful since we didn’t have a car. Loved our stay!

Outstanding property at Peak Seven!

Fantastic property with plenty of room for large family. Extremely convenient to lift, gondola, restaurant, hot tub, lockers and ski shop. Safe, clean and cozy! Will definitely be visting again.

Great ski-on ski-off location

Overall this was a great place to stay to hit the slopes at Breckenridge. Three issues to note: (1) there is only one parking pass for the garage in the building, and this is ridiculous for a 4BR luxury place meant to house two families, and there is no other long term parking option other than a city lot 5 miles away; (2) we only got three key passes to the property, again this is silly given that we were 8 adults all skiing at different times and required unnecessary coordination to gain access to the unit; (3) only one of the four TVs worked properly, and this was most unfortunate given that we could not watch the Winter Olympics.
