Marco Island is AMAZING!

Our rental was amazing. This property is very secure and clean. Beautiful beach, sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. Equipped with everything you would have in your house back home, and more! Loved staying there can't wait to return!

Great stay

We have stayed in this complex for several years! We like it. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in. It is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need for any cooking you want to do .

Paradise!

This condo is actually better than described! Location is wonderful. We were worried about "high rise" experience but it didn't feel crowded (and it was Feb!) Condo is an end unit which provides wrap around views of beach and island. Stocked with everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

Very Nice

Unit was great, updated & clean. Management company was very responsive all the way through. Would definitely use again. The only negative with this location is distance to the water. There is a 10 minute walk (on beach) to waters edge. To be fair most everything north of the Marriott is a distance from waters edge.

Not the best

The condo was nice for the most part, but there are a few things potential renters should know. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. You are expected to do your own towel laundry, dishes, and trash AND pay a cleaning fee. The pool has many rules such as no eating, no drinking, no floats, no diving, etc. making it difficult to enjoy. The internet didn't work when we arrived, so we could not access the app to find the information for the chairs/umbrellas/etc. You should take screenshots before you go. The information on the buildings routes you to call someone who is no longer associated with the condo association and he gets very angry when you call him. It is difficult to figure out where you are allowed to park. It WAS pretty clean.

Wonderful Placw

We had an amazing time staying here, the condo was really clean, nicely appointed not only in the kitchen, but the bathroom towels, beach towels and bed linens. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable king bed and TV. The 2nd room had 2 twins and a TV. The view is what we will miss the most each morning. Check in was easy, plenty of places to eat, drink or shop nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach was super clean and there are shells aplenty for those who like to go shelling. There are a few places within walking distance (about 20 minutes from building 4) such as Doreen's Cup of Joe, Joey's, and a really good little NY style delicatessen called Brooklyn's (highly recommend - go early as they are only open from 10-2 M-Fr). I definitely wouldn't call this place very kid friendly, which we personally didn't have a problem with because we don't have kids, it's just a quieter place and there are full time residents here and not much to do for the kiddos. The woman that monitors the pool is a little gruff though, she made the poolside experience less than enjoyable. She might as well be named the pool police. Overall, the grounds were well maintained, easy walk to the pool, the beach and each floor had a washer & dryer to use with a pre-paid card that's easily chargeable onsite. We had a great time here and we are already looking forward to coming again next year!

A Winter’s Week Getaway

Family Vacation

The property was clean, comfortable, well furnished, had a great view of the gulf, and was most especially quiet! The Owner provided beach items for renter use which was a perk for the walk to the beach. The pool was convenient, clean, refreshing, and a great place to lay out and get some sun.

Awesome views. Beach is a fair walk away.

Unit is clean, very modern, and has awesome ocean views. We loved it but negotiating elevators, massive parking area, etc was different than most condo buildings we have rented in. Building is like a massive college dorm—they manage it well and keep it orderly/very clean, but know this is one of four massive buildings in a row. Beach is close to a 1/2 mile total walk (this building is furthest from beach and first building is on the beach but all four buildings are setback—nice beach walk but a long ways to carry chairs, etc. Facility is not geared to children. In summary, a great value in a superb unit with great views.

South Seas tower 4

The unit itself is pretty spacious. The kitchen and the furnishings are very nice and updated. The bathrooms are fairly nice, but older style. The view is beautiful and you get the afternoon sun on the patio. I didn't love the carpeting in the unit. I hate carpeting in main areas of a beach rental. They just get abused too quickly. The unit did smell a bit. I was contemplating getting a plug in, but never got around to it. Also, the knives had rust spots on every one of them. I tried to remove, but couldn't. Also, the pots and pans were very cheap. I know it's a rental, but those two things are important to me. The kitchen had all the other supplies you would need and was well stocked. The tower that the unit is in is quite outdated. It had a very old feel - built in 1975. The building interior carpeting is stained and tile is old and outdated and the building smelled. The pool was pretty nice. The beach is lovely, but a half mile walk from the unit to the water, once you get around the lagoon. The beach chairs definitely came in handy and we appreciated that you have lots of beach gear for people to use. We never did get to use the pickleball courts, but heard a lot of pinging everyday. Overall we did enjoy our time here.

We got accidently got locked on the 7th story patio when the sliding door locked (told it was impossible) when my wife slide the door. The staff was quick to come rescue us from the patio. Recommend staying in 4-703.
