Welcome to this inviting 1st-floor oceanfront retreat, where modern coastal style meets effortless comfort for the perfect beach getaway. The bright and relaxing living area features a plush leather reclining sofa and a large 40” TV—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to enjoy meals at the dining table or casual bites at the breakfast bar. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dual coffee setup with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. At the end of the day, retreat to the cozy bedroom with comfortable accommodations and beach-inspired décor designed for a restful stay.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

Clean space. Loved all the hooks for hanging bags, towels, various items due to being a smaller unit. The space was very well utilized and my kids loved playing chess and checkers in the table in the living room. View of ocean was nice.

Great location
Wonderful location and loved the ocean view from the balcony. The rental was very clean and decorated nicely. We love the IOP area and this was very convenient to walk to places to several places to eat and shop.

The place was excellent. Many upgrades and a perfect location. I would recommend Island Realty to anyone going to IOP in the future!

The property was wonderful with easy access to the beach. The property made it very easy when we had issues with our flight and had to check in late

Great location in Isle of Palms
Location was ideal. Condo was good but as expected. No complaints

Small condo with one bedroom. Good couples place because of the size and being oceanfront and in addition a pool and private pier for renters to fish. Close to restaurants and entertainment. The only problem was the commode was not flushing correctly so we had to hold the handle down or return latet to flush it.

Regarding the toilet, holding the handle down for a few seconds is fairly common with many systems, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have it checked to ensure everything is functioning as it should.

Vacation
Very enjoyable. Great location. Loved the access to beach, pier, and pool. Enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The cabin was perfect for us!

Nice spot
A little loud from people overhead but was a great location and centralized for many travel places and restaurants nearby.

We do not manage every condo in the community but we can alert the HOA that there may be a noisy guest that could warrant a courtesy phone call of the things that you mentioned. Great long weekend getaway
My friend and I love the location of this condo. Convenient to drive downtown and also walking distance to restaurants and shops down Ocean Drive. The condo was small but very well thought out.

Summer getaway
Very clean property. Has everything you would need on vacation. Beach, restaurants and shops are only a few mins walk. 20-25 min to Charleston. Would recommend this property

Beautiful and relaxing
Really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I would suggest changing is to have the access code for the condo as well as the pool and restrooms sent by email rather than the need to check in at the property. Otherwise would recommend this, had a great stay!

Our staff would like you to know that It is true there are no elevators at the Sea Cabins. HOA does require a parking pass to be put up in your window, causing our guests to have to come into the office to pick up that parking pass. Island Realty appreciates your feedback and we hope to see you again the next time you visit the Isle of Palms.
