Really exceptional location and facilities. enjoyed the outdoor areas and pool/ play areas for kids. Dock in construction with workers on sight entire time was somewhat unusual. Interior of the houses a bit old and dated but clean and comfortable.

This location has the best sunset on the Florida Keys. Kelly was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions. The cottages were perfect for a large group.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Our family had such a great time. The kitchen do had so many options- swimming, fishing, soccer, basketball, kayaking - all fun! Short car rides to great restaurants and excursions. The host is fabulous! Very responsive and easy to work with. Very accommodating. Hope to get back!

Absolutely incredible place! Awesome property right on the water, with very nice amenities. We hosted our wedding here, and it was the perfect setting. Hosts are great, and super responsive!

It was a perfect property for our Family. Each of our kids and their families had their own space and the sports facilities were perfect for our athletic family. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to return next year.

The owners have done a really nice job with the investments in the play areas of this spot. Really unique setup and gorgeous sunsets.

This property was absolutely stunning! All of our family and friends were blown away. Everything you would possibly need for relaxation and fun was available on site. The hosts were amazing and super helpful throughout our whole experience, from booking to check out. We will absolutely rent the compound again, there have already been talks between family making future plans. Thank you for hosting us on our very special weekend.

Perfect for families!

Enjoyed our visit! We snorkeled, fished, kayaked, grilled , built SA sculptures and simply relaxed and enjoyed each other.

It was the perfect location for our families to all gather together. The kids had a blast tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boating, while the adults were able to watch their fun right there at the docks. The pictures truly did it no justice. The communication with the host was impeccable! Having high winds coming from the east made our experience with the water activities doable, everyone was happy.

A couple of small situations with the family in the main house, but, other than that, it was just awesome.The father walked off with a pair of our sunglasses, which we got back (they were mistakenly taken and one of the family members used and damaged a fishing reel) - but all good.

Retirement Celebration

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful little resort!! Was more spacious than you can imagine and main house is beautiful! I would highly recommend this property for larger families or groups like ours. Amazing location!!

What a find. Stayed in a lot of places in the keys over the years and this one is by far the best yet.The place is everything you see in the pictures but even better, Sunsets are amazing. It has everything you could want and more to have a great time and relax. We will be coming back for years to come

The pictures did not do this place justice! It was the most beautiful tropical oasis, the cottages were spacious, and it was well stocked with many items and activities! We had a brief issue with the water heater in one of the cottages and the host was extremely prompt in responding and had it fixed within hours. I would 10/10 recommend this place - we didn’t want to leave!! Thank you so much for such a great stay!
