I could not say enough great things about this house! We had a large group of 10 people and we were all comfortable and entertained! LOVE the Spa/Hot tub, we spent every evening in it. Love the neighborhood, neighbors are very hospitable. And it’s close to everything! The Put Put is a nice touch, and the views are beautiful! Thank you Armando for being such a great host!

Great location on the canal. There is a berm at the end of the canal so it does not open up to the ocean, and is very calm. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. House was fully equipped and great accommodations. Host was incredibly responsive and check in and out was a breeze!! Great stay!!

After an air conditioning issue slightly delayed our check-in, Armando and his team made everything right and we were settled and comfortable by 6 o’clock. The place was very, very clean and the combination of comfortable indoor space and an outstanding outdoor space made our stay extremely enjoyable. we made good use of the spa tub, and it was set at the perfect temperature, cooling us down at the end of the day, Armando was very responsive to any questions that we had and we would happily stay there again.

We loved this property. Took my 18 yr old son and 3 of his buddies on two half day fishing trips. Property had all the amenities we needed including a private downstairs suite for me to get some work done, and grill to cook the fish. The hot tub was well used - so was the paddle boat in the canal. Convenient location to grocery and local restaurants. Linen service made for check out easy. Zero complaints. Perfect host.

Beautiful canal home, very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Home is small but very welcoming. Outdoor area totally makes up for it. The Spa was amazing. Good bbq pit and laundry area. Great location.

Our stay here was amazing. Everything was very clean. There were many extras. Plenty of outdoor seating. We had a blast. We did choose this house based on the fact that it was on the canal so we could do a little a fishing. That is what I would say was the only flaw to this place. Most of the canals in this area lead out to the open water but go some reason this canal is cut off from that so fishing is sparse. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Our host even gave us extra time to check out. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s beautiful and set up perfectly.

Awesome rental and experience

The house was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect. They’ve done some great renovations and upgrades lately, huge spa and they provide kayaks and bikes. The outdoor area is wonderful and newly redone. Things to note: the pillows in the downstairs king were too thick so I got a neck cramp, so I recommend bringing your own pillow if you don’t like thicker ones. Also, bring bug spray - not a property problem, just a Florida thing lol.
