Remarkable find minutes away from Joshua Tree Park Entrance

Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 1/2 acre located on the border of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley! Our modern home features cozy furniture and great decor that will make you feel right at home. Stylish and comfortable, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Co-host will be available by text to help with any questions.

Peaceful, contemporary retreat where you can chill and unwind. Short distance to many places in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley, farmers market, shops, galleries and restaurants including the famous Joshua Tree Saloon. You will be about a 20 minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance.
The Park, Pappy and Harriets, La Copine, Giant Rock and the Integratron are also close by.

All guests can use the ample parking in front of the house. Any part of the entire house or yard is available for use including a washer and dryer in the garage.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $30 PER DAY FEE FOR HOT TUB USE. NOTE
ALSO, BE ADVISED HOT TUB IS CLEANED EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY!

Ultra functional, roomy home with fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Large fridge, dishwasher, gas range and stove, tea kettle, and coffee maker with tea and coffee included.
Relaxing living / sitting room with a large flatscreen TV with free local channels, Netflix and more provided, plus Bluetooth record player and Speakers for your listening enjoyment!

Our home is ideally located close to many points of interest, such as Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneer Town, and the Integratron. All of these attractions are within a 15-minute drive from our home, making it easy to explore the area and take in all of the amazing scenery.
Be amazed by our immaculately landscaped yard, complete with a HOT TUB, hammocks, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Spend your days lounging in the sun, grilling up a delicious meal, or soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking views of the stars at night.
If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish vacation rental with great amenities and proximity to attractions, look no further than our home. We can't wait to welcome you!

Great Location!

Comfortable, clean, and central location to explore Joshua Tree and Palm Springs! Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, roomy home and nice backyard area to see the stars and relax in the sun. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very enjoyable experience!

New Year’s Eve stay

Everything was great. Jacuzzi is amazing and can easily fit 6 people. Place is cozy. Definitely recommend.

Lovely Stay in Yucca Valley

The home was well stocked and incredibly clean. It was a short drive to the park and had easy access to the main strip of shops in Yucca Valley. Winston and his team were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Great customer service and I look forward to another stay.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was great, couldn't have asked for more! Communication with property manager/owner was great and they responded quickly to any questions we had! Highly recommend it!

Plenty of space for family

This was my family's first trip to Joshua Tree and we loved it! The home was clean with lots of room for everyone. My kids loved the hammocks and hot tub. The property has all the amenities you need; dishes, trash bags, soap, towels, etc and they are not stingy with them. It is not the most elegant or trendy home, but it's plenty comfortable and clean!

Good Place/Affordable/Beautiful

We stayed late April to enjoy Joshua Tree, the hot tub was in good condition along with the rooms and appliances. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to utilize all of the amenities including the hammocks which made for a more relaxing time. They were very accommodating, and immediately texted us to ask if everything was ok. Consider this place if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and nice place to stay when in Yucca/Joshua Tree

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed staying at this property close to Joshua Tree. It was a convenient location being close to many restaurants and stores plus the park itself. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was a nice place to unwind after a day of hiking. My only negative is that we didn't know ahead of time that the washer was broken and the front door took us a few tries to figure out how to get the lock to line up. Otherwise, it was very nice!

Comfortable stay overall

There were ample supplies and cooking utensils. very clean. Beds were comfortable. House looked like the pictures online. the only thing was the lack of response from the first night when we had some questions. there were a few different numbers i had to try in order to get someone to answer me. other than that great stay!

Beaucoup d'améliorations à prévoir. Pas digne de VRBO

Appareils en bon ordre : réfrigérateur, cuisinière, machine à laver, séchoir.Le mobilier de salon était confortable.Hélas! Le lave-vaisselle était sale, il fonctionnait mal, la vaisselle ressortait sale et l'appareil est juste bon pour la casse. Dans le tiroir à ustensiles, il n'y avait que deux petites cuillères. Les poêles, casseroles, tôles à biscuits et moules à gâteau sont bons pour le recyclage. Trop d'usure.Dans la cuisine, un seul linge à vaisselle et pas de linge de table pour laver le comptoir.Des verres placés dans l'armoire étais graisseux et sales.Dans la chambre que j'occupais la carpette placée au pied de mon lit était effilochée.Dans la salle de bain principale, le bec verseur du robinet est trop court et l'eau s'écoulait en partie sur le comptoir et en partie dans le lavabo. La porte d'entrée principale n'est pas étanche et des insectes et autres bestioles pourraient s'introduire dans la maison.Les fenêtres auraient besoin d'un bon lavage.Dans la salle à manger, sur la table en noyer le vernis n'avait pas disparu par endroits.Un chien dans le voisinage aboyait tous les soirs.Il y a plein d'avertissements sur les murs tels : Ne pas fumer, interdit aux animaux, interdit de faire du bruit, interdit de recevoir des amis. Le mobilier extérieur est défraichi.Il y a même des interdits collés dur certains contenants en plastique. Il nous a aussi fallu aller acheter des batteries pour la serrure de la porte d'entrée. Les offres Airbnb sont supérieures.

Amazing house

It was a good experience, we were comfortable and the hot tub it’s a must to use. We were assisting to coachellla and was not that far. I enjoy a lot the place qith my friends.
