Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, lakefront home located in the private gated community of Lake Arrowhead. We are beautifully nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a short one hour drive to Atlanta.

Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and fishing right off the dock.

THE HOME:

The home includes wifi, basic cable, a gas grill with propane tanks, all linens, new furniture and a brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen is fresh with new appliances, stocked with dinnerware for inside and outside dining. Keurig coffee makers are located on both levels.

For water fun there are 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, a hydro bike, a canoe, as well as a pedal boat for 2 for your enjoyment.

For indoor fun we have a PlayStation, a shuffleboard table and plenty of games and puzzles.

Inside the gated community, enjoy golf, hiking, swimming and tennis.

We sleep 8, with 1 King and 3 Queen beds.

The Master bedroom has a private bath and is located on the main level. An additional Queen bedroom is located on the main level and utilizes the common space bathroom.

Two Queen bedrooms are located on the lower level, along with an additional full bath.

Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs and multiple apps included such as Netflix and Hulu. Bring your log-in!

The main level consists of the kitchen and great room, dining area with seating for 8, laundry closet, Master bedroom suite, 2nd bedroom and full bath. Both bedrooms and great room have glass doors accessing the screened-in porch. The screened in porch features new outdoor furniture with a dining table for 6.


The lower level has a great room with a 60" inch Smart TV with PlayStation, a shuffleboard table and a game table. There are two Queen bedrooms and a full bath (tub/shower combo) as well. Also the lower level has a mini fridge and Keurig for your convenience. The great room accesses the lower level porch with adirondak seating and rocking chairs.

Enjoy the massive fire pit on cool evenings. Bundle up in the adirondaks with serape blankets. Roast marshmallows and enjoy outdoor games.

BOAT RENTAL:

Available for rent is a 25 foot SanPan pontoon boat for experienced boaters. It is available for $250 per day or rent for the full week at $1000. Boat comes with fuel to start your week. The boat seats 8 comfortably and has a 150 hp motor.

(Lake Arrowhead covenants do not allow visitors to bring their own boats to the lake.)

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

Lake Arrowhead has two community swimming pools, tennis courts and a golf course. There is also a restaurant in the Clubhouse, with great food and a casual atmosphere.

RENTAL INFO:

Minimum age to rent is 30 years old.

Property is available for less than 7 day rentals during non-peak times. Please inquire.

Our home is a PET FREE and NON-SMOKING home. There are no exceptions. We do this to be mindful of our guests with allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: We have multiple Security Cameras on the exterior of the home. This is for our protection as well as yours. The cameras are only on the outside. There are NO cameras inside the house.
