Master suite on main, three BR upstairs, large game/TV/Bar room on terrace with 9 ft pool table, foosball, 75" TV for SEC Football watching, two decks with an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, gas grill, everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of common area for hanging out and separate areas to accommodate extended families. Private dock w canoe, paddle board, kayaks, giant floating Lillypad. Beautiful views on a peaceful lake in a great house. Plenty of room for the six of us to relax after canoeing and hiking through the day. Excellent responsiveness from the great homeowner with easy check-in and check-out. We all highly recommend booking here!

This house is perfect for a family get away. Lots of room to hang out together or sneak away for some privacy. We had 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had a fantastic time. We made good use of all the water craft, the beach and the dock. Peaceful and private! The kitchen was well equipped for all the meals we cooked and we used the grill for every dinner. Beautiful location in a great neighborhood. While we had neighbors, we felt like we were alone in the world until friendly boaters drove by waving to us.

This vacation property and get-away was everything as advertised. From our initial booking, the owners were responsive and incredibly helpful regarding the property, local town info, pool, lake and the many amenities this home has. We spent 90% of our time at this home, and on the lake. Morning coffee on the dock, protected by the vast forest the home is nestled in. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep, and multiple entertainment areas was a nice touch. Kids could enjoy their time in the lower level, and adults upstairs. We had 10 people for our stay, and we never felt crowded. The lake kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boat were used every day. As you drive through the gated community, deer were everywhere, it was a beautiful drive and the rolling hills were great for morning walks. We played golf twice at the community country club. It’s a stunning course, well managed and truly affordable! Hands down, this was my most relaxing vacation of my life! Our hosts thought of everything. This property is in the woods, so expect to see wildlife, bees, birds, and the occasional spider when you’re walking around the property. It’s nature at it’s finest.

Reinhardt U Graduation Stay

Stayed at the house for a long weekend for Reinhardt University graduation. Really enjoyed our stay. Great house with amazing views and lake access. Pictures and descriptions on VRBO are accurate and the host was a pleasure to work with.

Good home base

We were happy to have such an easy home to stay in for a family reunion and wedding in the neighborhood. We mainly used the home for sleeping and morning coffee overlooking the lake, and it was a good home base for our busy days. Thank you!

Great family & friend gathering venue

i brought my extended family and a childhood friend to this lake house to celebrate a milestone moment. The home was just as inviting and comfortable as the photos suggest. We enjoyed the water, the game tables, the TV, the enclosed porch, and the outdoor grill. There were great places for gathering and quiet places for alone time. The hosts are great, and check out is a breeze. Bring the whole family!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of room. Having the water toys (kayaks, canoes, etc ) was great.. we rented a boat at the marina for tubing.

Fabulous property

In altlanta for a family wedding —the house was just as pictured only better! It was clean, neat and spacious. All the bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds and linens. Enough bathrooms throughout the house. Outside decks, property and scenic lake were amazing. Game room and water toys were an added bonus only wish we had more time to enjoy. Housed my family of 10 without feeling at all cramped!

Thanksgiving Week at the Lake House

Our stay at your lake house was exceptional. All parties involved had a great time. The dock was fun fishing off of, the fire pit was fun making marshmallows, and S’mores, the house had so many conveniences I don’t know what else we could have asked for. Thank you for a great time and a chance to make lots of family memories.

Great house and location. Close by any store u would want within 20 min. Very well stocked with everything u need/want. Driving a little scarie close by. Rent a pontoon boat at least half day. Fishing not great but outdoor kayaks, canoed and paddle boat great!

Beautiful property and home. Will definitely stay again if brought back to the area for baseball. Home owner was great to work with and provided excellent communication and timely responses to questions. The home had everything we needed for our group.

Beautiful Home - Incredible Location

The pictures and descriptions can't do justice to this home. The most amenities I have found at any Vrbo, more than we could take advantage of in the short time we were there. The views from the porch and deck off the main floor were stunning from morning to night. Even the fishing was good! Jessica could not have been more responsive to questions. Great Host! Only regret that we didn't stay longer. Hopefully we will be back sooner, rather than later.

Family Wedding Weekend

Three generations were able to visit well while enjoying this fabulous home! Thanks to good weather we were able to boat, make use of the hot tub & enjoy the community playground in addition to the perfect layout, decor & amenities the hosts provided. Gorgeous views!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space and fun things to do! From the Wi-Fi (must have these days), big screen TV’s, pool table, the lake and it’s toys- you will have plenty to do. The views from the back looking to the lake are amazing. The beds were super comfortable too! The driveway is pretty steep, just be aware. Our host, Jessica was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed- truly felt like home! Thank you!

Fabulous birthday weekend

I wanted to book a family getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday. I found this property after having issues booking a different lake house. I’d never heard of Lake Arrowhead but the house looked amazing so we decided to give it a try. I’m so happy that we did! We all absolutely loved our stay here. My kids are asking when we can go back. Some highlights: Jessica was very communicative and quickly responded to the questions I had before booking this house. All the beds were so comfortable! So much space! My kids aged 9-18 were able to spread out and have their own space. Fun basement! My kids loved the pool table. Lake toys — so nice that they are provided. My kids loved the stand up paddleboard and canoe. Beautiful setting — lovely view of the lake and the neighborhood was beautiful as well. Check out Great Festival Park. The playground was nice and my boys played baseball in the field there. I could go on and on. The house was well-stocked. Super clean. Nice towels and bed linens. Thanks for a fabulous weekend! We hope to go back when it’s warmer weather so the kids can swim in the lake.

Quick Fall Break Family Getaway

If I could give this property ten stars I would! I honestly felt like I was staying in a friend's lake house rather than one I booked on VRBO. Jessica couldn't have been more accessible. Any time I had any question, she responded almost immediately. Likely one of the best hosts I've ever had. The house felt SO clean. Oftentimes in rentals the home is clean-ish and it's just good enough. This home didn't have one thing I raised an eye at. The beds, the bathrooms, the living room, the kitchen -- everything was just as I would have it if it was my own. The property itself is beautiful. Wonderful secluded views - from the cute little screen porch, the dock or the terrace level where the VERY clean hot tub is located. We've stayed in several homes with hot tubs and there is always some issue. Jessica's hot tub was spotless - I had no worries about letting my kids hop right in. I could go on forever, but you'll see what I mean when you visit this spot. Go ahead and book before it gets away!

Perfect lake house!

Not sure there is a more perfect spot for relaxing so close to Atlanta! The little cove that this property sits on was secluded and quiet and a lot of fun. We used all of the fun lake toys and the kids had fun exploring the lake by themselves which was nice and safe. The wilderness trail was magical and a fun walk. Downtown Canton was a fun spot for dinners and ice cream. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and decks were spacious. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Fabulous experience and we will be staying here again! Thank you!

Lake Arrowhead get away

We rented this beautiful home for our yearly family reunion. Our kids and grandchildren had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the kayaks , canoe, and floating lily pad- Lake Arrowhead is so comfortable for swimming. The home was so comfortable- everyone had their own private space. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys at the property. A good time was had by all.

Perfect house for our family

Loved everything about this property. We came down to play some baseball at Lakepoint and this was the perfect getaway for after our games and the host was even better. Would highly recommend this place if you want the perfect vacation experience.

Wonderful lakeside family gathering

The large house had ample bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities to accommodate my group of 6 adults and four children. We all felt safe and had a great time in the house and on the lake. Jessica is an amazing host who was attentive, but not intrusive. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, quiet stay.

Amazing house in a gorgeous cove!

This home was perfect for us, and easily accommodated our family including adults, a teenager and smaller kids. The location is awesome and we loved using the kayaks and other water toys. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and more. I can’t say enough about the owner. She was super responsive and very flexible. We really want to go back and stay longer!!!!
