The Space:

This is a fully remodeled ranch with one level of living that has been decorated in a mid-century modern style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1700 Sq ft. and perfect for a family or group of 6, It is located down the East side of the Lake . It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to the downtown village center or less than 5 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.



Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found).
