The house was remodeled and furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Flat screen Smart TVs are in the master bedroom, livingroom, and outdoor patio with cable access. This community offers convenient access to three outdoor pools (seasonally May to sept), onsite restaurants, 9 hole attached golf course in community, 18 hole award winning golf The Oaks , horse stables, indoor waterpark, arcade, spa, and the famous Lank Shark bar and grill. Indoor waterpark, golf course, horse stables, and other resort features have an extra charge. Home sleeps up to 6 with one King sized bed and 2 queen sized beds. Relax on your oversized deck with new propane grill. Rent a pontoon boat at the nearby marina, pamper yourself at the spa, spend the day on the golf course, or dine at one of Margaritaville's bar and grills or family friendly restaurants. Kid-friendly activities available to including the arcade, mini golf, and even an indoor waterpark (Each with a separate fee).

Ideal for travelers interested in resort-style amenities but prefer more space then a hotel can offer. Many guests stay when attending Margaritaville conferences. Great value with extra space and full amenities including in home washer and dryer and full kitchen with the essentials for making a great meal. Home is pet friendly. Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished balcony w/ lake views, gas grill, 3 private decks, One deck is screened in and has an outdoor TV for streaming your favorites. Two community pools are available seasonally. There is a golf course dispersed through out the estates area which offers scenic trails or an affordable award winning 18 hole golf course attached to Margaritaville. (Paid course) For an even more enjoyable stay consider renting a golf cart and exploring all there is to do in this resort community. Call local rental places to reserve cart ahead of time is recommended. Home is Lakeview only and does not have direct lake access. The porch has been remodeled to create more open space for guests enjoyment and this area is no longer screened in.

FAQ: Stairs required (Only 6 into home). The fireplace in this home is not able to be used due to insurance regulations and is not a listed amenity. Security camera on front exterior facing parking lot. Camera records video and audio on motion only. Community pools are open from May to September only depth (3' - 8') Rental of this home does not allow access to indoor pools or fitness center. PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles). There is no boat or trailer parking at this location. No more than 3 vehicles can be parked at the house. No oversized vehicles box trucks limos etc. Home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests including and visitors, all guests must be disclosed at time of booking. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. Pets up to 2 must be disclosed at booking. Note that I rent two houses on the same street that have a similar layout but have a lot of other differences.
