The house was remodeled and furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Flat screen Smart TVs are in the master bedroom, livingroom, and outdoor patio with access to fubu live TV services. This community offers convenient access to two outdoor pools (seasonally May to sept). Home sleeps up to 6 with one King sized bed and 2 queen sized beds. Many guests stay when attending Margaritaville conferences. Margaritaville has some features that are open and accessible to the public please refer to their website for activity pricing and availability. This home is not directly related to the resort and has private ownership. I am unable to directly answer questions related to the resort in inquiries or provide website links.

Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished balcony w/ lake views, gas grill, 3 private decks, One deck has an outdoor SMART TV for streaming your favorites. Two community pools are available seasonally, close after sept 7th. There is a golf course dispersed through out the estates area which offers scenic trails or an affordable award winning 18 hole golf course attached to Margaritaville. (Open seasonally march through November) For an even more enjoyable stay consider renting a golf cart and exploring all there is to do in this resort community. Call local rental places to reserve cart ahead of time is recommended. If guest decides to rent a golf cart, they must arrange for it to be picked up on the day of their departure due to the 2 parking place limit.

Home is Lakeview only and does not have direct lake access. The porch has been remodeled to create more open space for guests enjoyment and this area is no longer screened in.

FAQ: Stairs required (Only 6 into home). The fireplace in this home is not able to be used due to insurance regulations and is not a listed amenity. Security camera on front exterior facing parking lot. Camera records video and audio on motion only. Community pools are open from May to September only. The exact date of closure in sept is not known and weather depending so pools may not be available after sept 7. depth (3' - 8') Rental of this home does not allow access to Margaritaville amenities other than the ones that are open to the public. PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles). There is no boat or trailer parking at this location. No more than 2 vehicles can be parked at the house. There is no on street parking. No oversized vehicles box trucks limos etc. Home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests including and visitors, all guests must be disclosed at time of booking. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. Pets up to 2 must be disclosed at booking. Note that I rent two houses on the same street that have a similar layout but have a lot of other differences.

Pet policy. Dogs must be on a leash when outside even in parking lot areas per hoa. Maximum of 1 dog over 40lbs or 2 dogs less than 40 lbs.

In order to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible I am unable to accommodate a late check-out. Early check in policy. An early check in may be requested the day before your stay and may be available. The fee for an early check in is 40$.
