Family fun beach getaway.
Beautifully decorated 1st-floor condo with updated furnishings and coastal décor. Just a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches. Ideally located just 1 block to the beach and Little Lagoon. FREE Reserved parking, newer washer and dryer, full kitchen, smart TVs in all bedrooms & living room, and WiFi provide all the comforts of home at your home away. Spacious open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather in the connected kitchen, living, and dining area. Outside space includes a year-round pool and grilling area. Relaxation comes easy in this family-friendly condo complex with only 14 units total. No need to wait for elevators as the condo is just 5 steps up to get in.

*Smart TVs in Bedrooms and Living Room offer streaming services using your login for service, and basic cable is provided.

*Meal Seating: For 8 (Dining Room table for 6 & Breakfast Bar seats 2)

*Sleeping arrangements: Main bedroom en suite w/ king bed, Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in the living room, and foldout single ottoman sleep 5-6 comfortably with a max of 7.

*Kitchen/appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemakers (pod and drip), new refrigerator & freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, stocked various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates to make meals a breeze for those days you don't want to go out.

*Laundry: Brand new stacked washer and dryer.
We provide a starter pack for items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper to avoid the rush to the store after your travel. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*Parking: 2 cars per stay in lot. 1 assigned spot included with 7 other first come first served spots in the parking lot.

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower.

*The Condo complex: You're sure to have plenty of privacy as there are only 14 condo units with 7 on each of the 2 floors. Situated between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach area with beach access via 10th st. access.

*The Area: Just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout & many other restaurants so as to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family-friendly area to offer a peaceful and relaxing place to recharge.

Amazing!

My fiancé and I wanted to get away for night for his birthday, and although we only stayed for a night Scott and Emily were very helpful and communicative over anything we had questions about! The cleanliness of the place and location were amazing. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Great place

Hosts were very communicative before, during and after stay. Condo was very clean and well stocked with items needed for stay.. including beach chairs. Condo was within walking distance to beach but also had a pool. Neighbors were nice and everyone was respectful of noise. Just what my sisters and I were looking for our few days away. Very relaxing!! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The distance to the beach or a good restaurant was only a short walk away. The condo itself had just about everything you needed for your stay. Next time we stay, we probably won’t bring as much stuff.

Cute condo - Close to the beach!

This condo is super cute. It is decorated exactly as pictured and has labels in every cupboard for organization purposes. It is literally right around the corner from beach access, dinner or snacks. Just down the road are tons of restaurants and activities. The condo pool is smaller but we had it to ourselves everytime we went out. Nice quiet side of the Gulf. The rental also contains everything you need for your beach day. Wagons, chairs, umbrella, sand toys. There are pool noodles and we left some floaties behind for the next persons pool enjoyment. Scott was very friendly and informative about the condo and the area. Gave us lots of great advice for places to eat and where to go. Great experience for our beach vaca!!!

5 Coconuts

We had a very good experience here. I've traveled and sometimes it’s a gamble as to what you really get. The pictures of this one are spot on. It was very clean. The owners are very considerate hosts, providing most everything you need. There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach mats, a wagon, and beach towels for our use, along with the washer and dryer. They also have sand toys for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away. We would stay here again.

Beach getaway

My mom, husband, kiddos (10m and 3.5y), and I spent the week at Scott and Emily’s place. We had an amazing week! The place is well-stocked, well-labeled, and has everything you need for a trip to the beach (cart, chairs, cooler, towels, beach mat, sand toys). It’s a quick 5ish minute walk to and from the ocean and about the same distance to a little plaza with a seafood market and ice cream. The pool was great for an afternoon change of pace and was always very clean. Overall, a perfect little condo for the week. I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Great stay…Nice location!

Very happy with our experience staying here. Located in an area right between the lagoon and the gulf. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo is just as pictured and has all the necessary amenities. Will book this unit again in the future!

Very Nice Property for entertaining

This property was perfect for hosting a few teenagers, family & friends. Close proximity to the beach & an ideal location. The neighbors were friendly. I especially liked that the pool area space was so close to our space & a very appropriately sized initmate space, great for ppl with small kids. The grills were easy to clean & use. However, the picnic table at the pool was broken with the nails exposed in the wood planks which is a safety hazard. Hopefully that can be fixed as a small child could get injured. Other than that, it was a wonderful property to visit & I will consider renting it again in the future.

Quiet condo

The property manager is an excellent communicator. The condo was clean and well appointed. The complex is small and quiet which was what we were looking for. The location is perfect - a walking trail across the street, a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to stores, bars and restaurants.

Fall Break 2023 Trip

We had a wonderful time staying here. The space was perfect for us. We didnt use the pool much just because it was a little too cool for pool swimming. The walk to the beach was so easy and short. Having beach supplies already there was also a major plus. Dont worry about bringing your beach wagon because they have 2. We will definitely saty here again.

Beautiful place.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The only thing I wish was different was the checkout time, I wish it would had been 11 or 12 for checkout. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful stay!

The Coastal Coconut is adorable and convenient, just a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Doable even with small children. Scott and Emily are thorough and responsive and were wonderful hosts, and the condo had everything we needed and more. We loved our time in Gulf Shores!

Beach trip

Our stay was perfect! It was very clean and exactly as advertised! Great location near everything and close walk to the beach! The unit has everything you need for your home away from home and the wagon, chairs and umbrella were great to have! Having a pool was a bonus….it too was well maintained, clean and refreshing! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going to Gulf Shores. Entire property is well maintained!

Cute and comfortable

This is a cute and comfortable condo, nicely decorated and spacious, with good beds and nice bedding. The pool is just steps away, beach is a 5 minute walk, and a nice grocery store (Rouses) is a 10 min drive. The beach is beautiful, white sand and miles long. There is a plaza around the corner with a restaurant, fish market, ice cream shop and convenience store. We had a great vacation and enjoyed staying here.

The place inside was great had everything we needed

The pool was dirty when got there and was not cleaned till we left. There were too many people smoking around us. There was no beach to look at. The stores and restaurant down the room were nice.over all the inside place was great.

Our family of 5 loves to travel to new and fun places and have been doing so for quite some time. We recently have been offering others the opportunity to do just that with our 2 Beach Condos- The Coastal Coconut and the Castaway Coconut in the same complex just doors from each other in Gulf Shores Alabama. Travel is much more enjoyable with people you love.

We do not enjoy large multi story condos and crowded areas. That is why we our condo suits us perfectly by having 14 units total and is rarely crowded. It is also located on West Beach which is the more laid back family friendly area of Gulf Shores.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The condo is perfect for vacationers like us that want to be close to all of the action, but not too close. This family-friendly condo is a great mixture of that with only 14 units, and that's why we visit here multiple times every year. The beach takes 4 minutes to walk to. There is a restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience store right around the corner for the days you don't want to drive at all. On the days you do want to hit the downtown hustle and bustle it is just a quick drive to get to (or a long walk for those fit folks).
