Our home is being cleaned, sanitized and maintained before and after every guests. Our house has new beach equipments and stuff since we just opened in March 2022. We never had a complain regarding our house being dirty or unmaintained. There are only small group of cleaners and work staff servicing the island. As per the golf cart, it was clearly stated in our manual that was sent upon reservation that we do not own a golf cart and to reserve to LGI carts asap. Our handyman's golf cart is not for rent but since you are threatening not to push through with the reservation because a golf cart was not rented prior, he offered to help. We were told that the fridge did not work at around 7pm, since this is a bridgeless island, no tech can go at night, our handyman checked it and immediately the morning after a tech is there to fix the fridge. We immediately offered our personal fridge at the lower deck, all of our food were left outside the fridge and rancid. Since LGI is a bridgeless island, we do not have trash haul, its also clearly started in our checkin manual. The renter left the property dirty, AC turned on, doors unlocked, sliding doors unlocked, did not do any checkout checklist since this is a home.
