Loved the apartment, it was so close to many things we were doing, it was quiet and clean. Wonderful hot water, check in was easy, great communication with the host as well. Loved the wood floors, and had a quaint comfortable feel to it. Only things I didn't quite like was the kitchen was a little smaller than expected, and no dishwasher and had to park on the street.But I love this place and will stay again in the near future!

Was exactly as advertised. Perfect for the few days we were in St. Louis to watch the Cardinals games. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to reach and very helpful.

Please have the cleaners detail under the beds, I dropped something and it went under the bed; perhaps it's not been swept or mopped in ages. There was no recycling bags available, so we placed all the trash in the bag provided. The place is definitely pet friendly and that's great, but cleaning crew has to detail the chairs in the living room, maybe consider a steam clean after guests who actually visit with pets.

If you need an inexpensive place to stay while in St Louis, this is it. Nice place in a decent area. Not a lot of frills, but it was just what we needed.

The host made check in so easy, instantly after booking he message me to get the code I would like set for the door, the ac was extremely cold which was amazing!! The duplex sits about 3 houses from a school park which was lovely if you have kids! Once we checked in and used the bathroom sink it started leaking immediately, I reached out to the host and he answered immediately, also came to fix the problem with 30 minutes of me calling him! Very helpful extremely nice, I would definitely stay here again!!

Property was everything we needed for a place to stay for a 4 day trip. Apartment does seem to be a little older but everything worked and was comfortable. Beds were great to sleep on, ac and heat worked wonderfully. It was a quiet area to stay. We barely heard the upstairs neighbors. We were in the perfect spot to drive/uber or walk to most of the destinations we wanted to see. Host was friendly and communicative. Wondeful value.

Pros- quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. Great price. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Easy in and out- not a big list of things to do. Ground floor. Cons- not a lot of extra linens and blankets No hooks in the bathroom. Didn’t know there was a couch bed. No linens for that. Some leaking had happened on the floors- some soft spots. And I wish- rental properties would tell you what kind of coffee makers they have- Kureig or regular. But overall a good place to stay for an excellent price.

We booked this property because it said it had a fenced in yard for pets. There were several panels missing. I communicated with the host and was told they would come over and block the gaps - this never happened. Many doors in the house did not close all the way. We were in a bind so stayed the whole booking but would not return.

Nice apartment, ideal for downtown visit to St Louis

This is in a great location, close to Busch Stadium and the Arch. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of choices close by. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, and I would not hesitate to return when returning to St Louis.

The property was friendly for our two dogs and the kitchen had the setup we needed to make breakfast/snacks. Beds were nice and clean and there were plenty of bath towels. The backyard was not fenced in completely, but that was our only issue. Communication eith the host was easy and the property is in a great area. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was 7 minutes from the convention center down town! Super convenient and quiet neighborhood! We had a little rough start at check in but the host was amazing and remedied the situation right away! The actual place needs a little sprucing up but is priced more than appropriately. Something the host can’t control so we didn’t even mention it is that the upstairs neighbors were very very loud. The first night they kept us up until 2 am with what sounded like dropping weights on the floor all night. This continued through out the weekend but we used noise cancelling headphones the rest of the weekend which got us through. Again the host was amazing and attentive and overall we would stay here again!

Tisha never contacted us with any issues. I can only assume she rated us similar to a 3 star hotel as opposed to a five star like the Ritz. We are very honest about The unit and price it accordingly. We are not a five star hotel nor are we priced that way.

Perfect!

My husband and I were in St Louis for a Cardinals game and this little place was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great location and we had a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again in the future.
