BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We stayed here and got married here in Hawaii! A very clean place, so close to everything in the downtown core and lots of amenities. Pool, small gym, great patio for bbqing. We enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well no problems at all. The restaurant on site was nice ate there twice! Great waffles! Staff were always pleasant. Our room was clean., bed very comfy. Futon/couch pretty old. Could definitely use a new one. What an amazing rental. This place had everything!! My family and I really enjoyed the BBQ spot, the nice pool, and the location. Would defiantly rent again on our next vacation.

Location, location!!

Great property! Comfy bed, no noise from other guests. The tub was slow to drain, and the towel bar needed to be tightened , but other wise a great place and price. Would stay there again!

Great stay!

I’ve been to Waikiki many times and this trip was excellent. The condo is clean and as listed. The property has a great pool area with plenty of BBQ’s and a large Jacuzzi. The location is fantastic, close to everything you’d want/need.

The studio itself is set up very nicely utilizing its limited space! The patio has a great view of the canal and nearby mountains. It was very walkable to the Waikiki beach and had many dinings options close by. Would definitely want to stay at this property again!

Highly recommended

Super clean. Location is perfect right next to the beach. It had a breakfast spot right in the lobby, a market on the 6th floor, 5 min from beach, laundry and pool.

We love the location and the pictures and condo were exactly what we expected. Pros:* great location, walkable to waikiki strip* cozy and comfortable* great and fast communication* nice touch having water & snacks in the room* close to elevator for quick access* a bunch of beach stuff on the patio to use * AC was on when we arrived so it wasn’t hot and humid in the room when we got there and didn’t have to try to figure it out how to turn it on* breakfast spot downstairs is yummy! 49er Cafe! Cons:* if you’re a light sleeper the night time traffic noise can keep you up* curtains don’t help in the mornings, gets super bright around 5:30/6 am.* the AC is fairly loud but tolerable * wish they offered more towels per person, stayed a week and only given 1 towel set each, forced us to use the wash onsite. * parking was a bit confusing at first having to get a ticket then an overnight ticket then linking them and sucks they don’t offer more than 5 day discounted tickets, spent overall 329 for 7 days.* the sofa bed legs aren’t stable and we fell over a few times cuz the legs movedOverall we would stay again cuz it’s perfect location and walking distance to so much! Thank you for letting us stay

Good price for convenient location

We were happy with this stay. The lanai was more spacious than we expected, and was very useful since our luggage and other stuff filled a lot of the interior room. The pool was much larger than we expected; and the hottub was also good. Waikiki is loud in general, but if that is where you want to stay, i’d recommend this property.

Great location.

Nice and clean place to stay. Amenities were pleasant and clean as well. We did not get to use the spa room as it was occupied by a homeless person every night. Room is small for 3 people and there is no room for luggage as the room is pretty tight with all the furniture in it.

Great location fir the money!

Property was nice. Not fancy by any means, but comfortable. Had everything we could possible have needed. Easy to book and check out. We suggest you use the bus system it was great once we learned the system and only six dollars there and back to where ever you might go.
