BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Please be advised that exterior balcony construction work for this unit is scheduled to begin around February 5, 2026 until December 30, 2026.
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Construction Noise:
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Important Information:
• Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below will be temporarily closed for safety
• No beach items or furniture are permitted on the balcony during this time
• Intermittent loud noise and vibrations are expected throughout the workday
• The swimming pool will remain closed for the duration of the project (estimated 9–12 months and already closed since October 2025)

- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

It was nice to have extra amenities such as beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a small cooler. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having a free parking spot was a huge plus. Check-in/out was easy. Will definitely come back again!

The building seemed very safe, parking was extremely easy and there was actually a view of the ocean from the lanai. I was nervous when I walked into the unit and saw the bed, but it was absolutely fine. My only suggestion for improvements: the unit is down to two spoons, and the drying rack needs a silverware holder.

Having a kitchen and free parking were the biggest perks of this rental. The parking was super convenient and the space was one of the first in the garage so it was easy to quickly enter and exit the garage. The kitchen was perfect. I didn’t cook but the freezer was perfect for me to pack my cooler for my long beach days. The rental was very clean. I found the bed to be comfortable and the shower was great. The rental is exactly as it appears online and I found it to be a great value.

Alii Beach Rental staff easy to communicate with and responded quickly if we had questions.Our unit had a parking space which was very convenient. Having a small kitchenette was also very convenient. Washer and dryer located on our floor easily accessible. Unit was very clean.

Overall, a pretty good stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. Pros:Centrally located, reasonable good clean condition. The double Murphy bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, new pots and pans, pretty new small appliances (we only used the toaster). Included parking was appreciated. Small problem with shower temperature was dealt with immediately.Cons:Dirty grout on tile floor, especially surrounding the toilet.Some minor dents and scuff marks on walls. The condo is half a block away from a bar that plays very loud music well into the evening, this could be a problem for people who do not sleep well. Also, the neighborhood garbage trucks make a lot of noise around 5:30-6:00 AM.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at the Marine Surf before so decided to book again. Although this unit was clean, I felt there could be some improvements. A "normal bed" or better mattress, night stand(s) beside bed was my main concern. Would be nice to include 2 beach chairs and umbrella for renters to use like some other units. This unit faces a noisy street with loud music every night coming from a restaurant or bar so bring earplugs for when you sleep. Great parking spot though, right near the parkade entance. I will look for a different unit next year unless the bed/mattress and at least 1 nightstand is included/upgraded. If that is done, I will definitely re-book!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mitten in Waikiki, nicht weit zum Strand und alles was man für einen Tollen Aufenthalt benötigt direkt vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz ist ebefalls sehr komfortabel. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.
