We enjoyed the views and made much use of the hot tub. The home is large, beautiful, functional, and offers proximity to the slopes. You’ll certainly enjoy your stay here!

Great stay in Telluride for a large group!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is excellent and the property was clean and as advertised. Would highly recommend this house to others!

This was a great experience and we would love to stay there again next year

We all had a wonderful time love the billiard's room in all of the space and the location we would love to stay there again next year

Location, location, location. This is definitely worth 5 stars. Walkable to Mountain View, the gondola and running trails. Easy access to everything Telluride. However, the house could use some updates and/or a refresh. In the end, our group had a great stay and great time.

Huge house in a great location

Large log cabin styled house with amazing views of the mountains, in a great location. Very close to true "ski-in, ski-out", the slopes are just a short walk down to street, super easy.

This home has the potential to be a 5 star rental. However, it is more like a 2 star in its current state. Upon arriving, we noticed that the house was very dirty with an inch thick of dust on all the beams and cobwebs everywhere. When you sit on the couch, a cloud of dust arises, every fabric piece of furniture was super dusty. The patio and furniture were filthy and took me an hour to clean before anyone can sit out there.The mattresses were also very old and lumpy but not nearly as bad as the pillows. I was so thankful that I took my own pillow. The 3rd level- with 3 bedrooms- gets very warm in the summer time. This is to be expected. Not my first time in Mountain Village- I used to own a home there so I am very familiar. In the summer, it is impossible to sleep up there without opening the windows. Which we did but not one window had a screen. So we got to fight with moths and gnats all night. I would have closed the windows if there was a fan or 2 in the house but there were none. On top of that- every room had a humidifier but none of them worked.The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, and glasses, although most glasses were dirty. The kitchen didn't have any cooking utensils except for broken thongs, one small spatula and a few broken odds and ends.The house is listed as a 6 bedroom home but that is not 100% accurate. One bedroom is being used as a TV room with a pull out couch that is not acceptable to sleep on for anyone.

This review was posted only after we submitted a damage claim following the guest’s checkout\. It is disappointing, as the guest arrived with three dogs despite our rental agreement allowing only two. While that alone would not have been a major issue, the property was left with dog feces, scratches on wood surfaces caused by the dogs’ nails, and holes in an area rug that was also soiled with dog feces. Sour cherries!

Telluride Ski Vacation

Great House. Fits the mountains with log incorporated construction versus some others with a modern or contemporary style.. Great location. Fantastic mountain view from the main room windows. It was an extraordinarily cold period during our stay, but the house stayed warm.

Awesome Getaway with Amazing Views

From check in to check out our experience with this home was amazing. Ski in and Ski out was super easy and the views were stunning. Plenty room for our whole group and the cleanliness was on point. The service and communication was on point and they made it easy every step of the way. The pool table was an added bonus with plenty of room for everyone to hang out and visit. Thank you for helping make this such an incredible trip!!

Great House in a Beautiful Destination

Our large family group had a wonderful summer stay at 104 Benchmark. Location is very convenient to all the activities and events of Telluride and Mountain Village, easily accessed by a short walk to the gondola. Communication with host and concierge was excellent and the listing photos accurately depict the house. The back patio with its wonderful views was a highlight for our group.

We were there for family wedding. The location was perfect short walk to gondola. Just some minor maintenance is needed . Plenty of room for our family .

50th Anniversary

We were able to have all of our children and grandchildren celebrate our anniversary together with us in July. The house was a great place to do it. It accommodated all of us perfectly. There were a few things we needed and were delivered to us as asked for. The location to the gondolas was great. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing lots of space. It is as very easy to communicate with the owners and they answered any questions that I had ahead of time.

Great House and Location

This house was gorgeous and in the BEST location. We loved being able to walk to the gondola and Mountain Village. And perhaps the best part was the lake across the street. The kids loved fishing and playing on the dock in the afternoons. The house has all of the amenities necessary and we had a fabulous week!! Also the beds were super comfortable and the owners/concierge were very responsive. We hope to return again.

An alarm in the master bedroom was beeping upon arrival. An immediate call was placed and was told they would address it the next day. The loud beeping caused the room to be unusable and had to move to basement to get away from sound. It was 2 days before anyone showed up to fix this. Also not a true ski-in/out property. One of the bedrooms requires the use of “sofa sleepers” slightly misrepresented. If we would have needed every room the upstairs rooms would have been unusable with the beeping every 3 seconds. Far too slow to respond to such a nuisance.

Sorry for the beeping what was not from the alarm but from one of the smoke detecter what "could have been stop by taking the battery out" the alarm service guy told us. Too bad you told as it was the alarm and we were on the phone with the alarm company more than one hour. The service was out the next day.

Telluride

I was disappointed it was not a true ski in/ski out. The gondola was fairly close but had to be walked to or driven to.

Joyce, Other than we are one of the closest houses to the Gondola, we are offering a Dile a Ride for free. All this is noted on the site also that ski-in is a walk-in when not enough snow.

Great trip, easy to work with. and amazing location. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home. Only issue it is only says 6 bedrooms, but it is really 5 and one with a fold out couch with a half bath (bath tub, no shower). It only sleeps 12 in beds and then has a fold out couch. Telluride is beautiful and a wonderful trip in the summer.

The house sleeps 14 persons in beds and have 5 air mattresses what can be placed in different places. The 6th bedroom with a tub/hand hold shower is not a half but a full bathroom. This was wrong information.

Perfect home to celebrate with our family!

We had 15 guests in total. 8 adults and 7 children. We are avid skiers and loved th the ease of hopping on the gondola and taking the kids to ski school. The home is just beautiful. 3 separate floors made it easy for everyone to have their own space. Would LOVE to rent this home again!
