We had a great time during our stay! They provided some snacks and a key lime pie, which was AMAZING! They have so much to do outside - kayaks, SUPs, bikes, corn hole, fishing rods, ring toss and the hot tub. Thank you for hosting us!

We spent our anniversary at this beautiful home and it was perfect! The home was immaculate, linens were clean and cozy! We had everything we needed ( cooking utensils, spices, coffee) the host even provided us with snacks and fruit so we didn’t have to rush to the store. We spent every night in the hot tub and playing the outdoor games. I will definitely book again. We have four children and the house would be perfect for our whole family.

Excellent hosts

We had a great stay. The house was perfect. We only ever stay at vacation homes and this was the most stocked well appointed home we’ve stayed at. We didn’t have to buy hardly anything extra. Cleaning and toiletries and supplies. More than enough bikes, kayaks, SUPs, beach chairs, towels, fishing poles. Hot tub was great. Dock was great. Comfortable and quality furniture and items in the house. Nice short bike ride to sombrero beach. The hosts were the most eager to help and please we’ve experienced. All of the positive reviews were right this place and these hosts were wonderful.

Perfect location, accommodation, and hosts!

We stayed here for spring break with 2 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub, kayaks, SUPs, bikes, and positive reviews stood out when booking, as I rely heavily on reviews! We biked almost daily to Sombrero Beach for sunsets or quick grocery runs to Publix. We also biked to Starbucks, 7 Mile Bridge, and dinner. The canals were perfect for SUPs and kayaks. We fished off the dock, caught a few nice fish, and even saw a manatee. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night and played games like bags and the swinging hook game. The rental also had snorkeling and beach gear, plus a cooler for our beach day. We flew into Key West, making the drive to Marathon easy. The location was ideal for booking local activities like a fishing charter, parasailing, and a snorkeling trip to Sombrero Reef—all within 10 minutes.Hosts Monica & Roly were great, providing excellent communication, answering questions, and offering helpful recommendations. The unexpected snacks and local dining suggestions were a nice touch. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, and fans were provided in each bedroom. We loved the air fryer in the kitchen! A great rental, and we’d definitely rebook if we return to Marathon.

Pink Cottage was Awesome

This is a perfect location in Marathon, close to the beach and everything is a bike ride away. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was well supplied and included a number of welcome gifts including an unbelievable key lime pie. I used the hot tub every day and biked everywhere. The canals were fun to kayak. I was very pleased with everything and will be back.

So many options for fun!!

Our stay here was fabulous! Lots of hang out spaces allowed us to be together in or outside, relax, cook and play games. Bikes, kayaks, yard games allowed for fun outside options. House was clean and well stocked for cooking. We’ll be back!

Wonderful home, great communication, everything you need and more! A must rent!

Unfortunately, both Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton hit Florida right before our visit. We were hesitant to even visit worried about the safety of the property and the condition of the beaches and the community. Monica and Roly were very communicative and reassuring that our visit was welcome. We had a wonderful time.! Their place is very nice, comfortable, clean and equip with anything you might need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. We even got a great tip on a beach that was definitely the rose of our trip. The only thorn of the trip was having to leave! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Great Host/Location/Everything

We came right before Hurricane Milton. The hosts were great about staying in touch with us and giving us weather updates. The house is lovely, the hot tub was my favorite - just the right temperature even in the heat! We were welcomed with amazing snacks and water. The hosts touched base throughout our stay and worked hard to make sure we had a relaxing time. We've stayed in several rental homes and this was one of my favorites. The location was also perfect.

Perfect host and location for our trip

This vacation home was absolutely perfect for our trip. The home of exactly as described, very well stocked and the hosts, Monica and Roly were honestly the best we have ever encountered. This is the only place that we will stay in the Keys going forward.

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved everything about this little pink house and used every amenity available to the fullest. Great home, perfect location. Rode the bikes to the beach, caught fish from the canal, and even did some kayaking through the mangroves. We didn’t want to leave and definitely will be back! Thank you Monica and Roly!

Shorter Family Spring Break

The property was great and the owners added little touches like a key lime pie in the fridge and some bottled water. My family especially enjoyed the bicycles!

Pink House Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome pink Beach House. We rented a boat and did lots of fishing, and that worked really well for us. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and plenty of room for everyone in our family. Our boys enjoyed playing cornhole, and the parents loved the hot tub. Such much attention to details that made us feel very welcome! Close to 2 grocery stores and a quick bike ride to Sombrero Beach.

Northerners Escape

This little pink house was perfect for our family of 5 plus an infant. Our host went out of their way to have everything we needed for our grandson- sleep n play & a high chair. The extra's like the use of bikes, kayaks, & hot tub is what caught our attention. We were very comfortable all week & had plenty of things to do. We even saw 4 manatees in the mangroves on 1 of our adventures. Sombrero Beach was a bike ride away. Our hosts answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely book here again!

Terrific place to stay

Just returned from a wonderful month in the Keys. Monica and Roly’s home is fabulous – exactly as advertised. It was bright, airy, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. They also provided everything needed to enjoy the outdoors – bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, beach towels and chairs, etc. And a big thank you for the delicious treats – key lime pie and chips & mango salsa! I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning!!

Monica is wonderful

We had a very relaxing week. Monica provided bike helmets, which were waiting for us on arrival. Two brand new fishing rods were provided with tackle and bait. The bikes made it so easy to get to Sombrero Beach!! We loved our week there.

Islandville Dream Aka Pink House

We had an absolutely amazing time at Islandville. The house is above and beyond stocked with everything you need. We cooked in almost everyday and had everything we needed. Sombrero Beach was amazing to have in the neighborhood. We went almost everyday and was super convenient to launch our paddleboards. The hosts are amazing and we loved the personal touches they left us. We will definitely recommend and stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summer Vacation

We loved staying at Monica & Rolando’s Islandville home! This home is perfect for a vacation in Marathon. Great location and has wonderful amenities for boating, going to the beach, snorkeling etc…We highly recommend this vacation rental home!

Beautiful house at a great location!

The house was incredible and was the perfect place for our family of four to spend a week in the Florida Keys. The beautiful interior decor really added to the relaxed, tropical atmosphere. We loved riding the bikes and the house's proximity to Sombrero Beach. The fire pit and kayaks on the canal were great touches. Also, the house was in the ideal location, both being close to the beach and right in the middle of the Keys, making it easy to explore the area. The colorful sunsets that we could see from the house were stunning too!

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation (6 adults) at this home. The host was very gracious and responsive, providing every amenity large and small, indoors and out, that you could want. The welcome snacks after a long day of travel were a nice gesture, and the Old Florida mango salsa was a huge hit! The key lime pie made a wonderful birthday treat. Our sons especially appreciated the fishing poles and bait cooler. The homes and school on Sombrero Beach Road are a lovely Florida Keys style, with a daily flow that gets you moving with the Florida sunshine. The walking/bike path leads in one direction to beautiful Sombrero Beach, the other to Publix/Walgreens. Jogging, biking, kayaking, paddle boards, snorkeling, etc.-this vacation home has it all! Thank you for the awesome stay and your thoughtful touches!

Great location near Sombrero Beach with 50' deep-draft dock in your backyard.. Whether you enjoy the beach, boating, fishing, wonderful sand bars, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, biking, walking, jogging, and/or sightseeing, this location provides an all-around experience with a great location. We want to create a relaxing beach & boating experience for great family fun. With supermarkets, liquor store, pharmacy, shops, attractions, restaurants and bars down the street, this property offers a very convenient location for family fun. Enjoy the evenings sipping your favorite beverage in the back porch overlooking the dock /water while star gazing! We particularly enjoy the ocean breeze and relaxation overlooking the water.

Our property is ideally located within walking/biking distance to beautiful Sombrero Beach and supermarkets, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, bars and all the great family attractions in Marathon are just a short drive away. The private 50' dock (deep draft) with ocean access is great for boating or exploring the waterways by kayaks. Relax and unwind in the new 6-person SPA / HOT TUB (Nov 2023) with lounge seat, LED lights, waterfall and attached bar. Two paddle boards, two kayaks and four bikes are provided along with all the comforts needed to make this an enjoyable Keys experience with family and friends. High-Speed internet (900Mbps) allows for fast streaming when watching your favorite TV apps, and/or browsing the internet. TV apps allow access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, DirecTV Stream and more to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. New kitchen, bathrooms, comfy memory foam mattresses in all rooms, new furniture and new flooring provides a clean modern coastal feel. We also installed a new A/C unit so our guests can also enjoy their down-time indoors. Relax with amazing sunsets and dine under the stars in the new coastal Adirondack dinning table overlooking the water.
