This spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom canal waterfront home is fully stocked and perfect for families or groups to enjoy island living! From fishing to relaxing poolside, this beautifully decorated home has everything guests need for a wonderful stay. The large main open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a 65” TV. The dining room is able to accommodate seating for up to 8 as well as a counter island with seating for up to 4. Our kitchen is fully stocked and also includes extra appliances. There is also an additional outdoor balcony living area with seating and wonderful views. The home provides free high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV’s in all rooms with preferred cable, bath and pool towels and large capacity washer and dryer.

The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home has plenty of space for everyone to relax. The Master suite has a King bed with a double vanity en-suite bathroom and a large shower. The Junior Master bedroom has a King bed along with a single vanity en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a full bed. These bedrooms are adjacent to the third bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. The home also offers a pack-n-play and highchair.

There are many outdoor amenities to enjoy the beautiful sunny days, including a private heated or chilled pool, private 40ft dock with fish cleaning station, kayaks, ice machine and freezer. The large covered terrace has a dining area and seating area with an outdoor TV for many hours of entertainment. There is also a gas BBQ grill for outdoor meals along with a mini-fridge for convenience. Plenty of covered parking as well for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer.

Guests are able to enjoy many popular area attractions including beautiful Sombrero Beach which is just 1-mile down the road. This public beach offers free parking, a large playground area for children and public restrooms. Many restaurant options are nearby, as well as convenient grocery stores, Publix and Winn-Dixie, about a 2 minute drive from the home. The home is centrally located within an hour drive to Key West and about 20 minutes to the famous Bahia Honda State Park for easy day trips.
