The home is quiet, cozy, and secluded yet close to town. It has all necessary items stocked (and then some). The decor and home items are unique and from other countries, love the culture of the home! Love the riverside right below the home.

Comfy, clean, pet friendly, and well appointed! Convenient location, just a bit over a mile out of Fairplay, with lovely views. Would stay again when our travels take us to Fairplay.

The directions were spot on and the place easy to find. The area is quiet and secluded with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location! We watched a herd of Elk across from the patio. The place has everything you need. We were a party of two and it was perfect. Only a few things: deck was real slick in the morning. Especially when It was wet. So be careful. Same with the tub. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. We loved sitting on the deck and watching for wildlife. Nicely decorated inside, a step up from a usual cabin decor for sure!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is in a great location and close enough to Fairplay and Breckenridge for entertainment. While being far enough to enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the tranquility that comes with it.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I visited for our 10 year anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was central to a variety of things to do around the area. It was a beautiful secluded spot with great views of the Colorado terrain. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and comfort of the house. Unfortunately, my wife is allergic to dogs and there was dog hair present throughout the house so we had to do some cleaning to prevent her from being dealing with that. Other than that we really enjoyed the house and even got to see a moose wandering the road while there.

Mountain getaway

We headed to Fairplay to escape the heat of Denver with our dog and loved this little retreat. Being so close to town but feeling like you are in the middle of the mountains was the perfect combination. They nailed the decor and the front deck was my favorite spot to have coffee and start our day. We worked remotely there for the week, so I can confirm the Wifi was also excellent!

Great place for a quiet weekend getaway!

Stayed here for just a couple nights in early June with my wife and our dog and we all loved it. Very nice property and close to some decent hiking trails. Plus we saw moose our second night! Highly recommend!

Engagement Weekend!

Our stay here was amazing! My partner and I wanted a weekend away before we moved into our new home and this perfect little home allowed us that! We were able to ski, spend time with our puppies, and spend time remotely as a family. We even got engaged that weekend! It was the PERFECT little spot for a relaxing weekend. We will absolutely be back.

Charming home in the mountains

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of accommodations and great location. Convenient spot for those looking to experience some of the best Colorado has to offer. The property was everything we needed for our stay and more. Hosts were also very friendly and provided great recommendations in the area.

Celebration!

My children and I had a lovely stay. The accomodations were perfect for us. I'm a young mom with breast cancer and we were celebrating the end of a treatment phase, so the trip held a lot of meaning for us. I hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and super cozy. The views from the deck were beautiful. We loved drinking our coffee in the morning and taking in the sights. Location is great as well - tons of beautiful hikes within a short drive.

Great weekend trip!

This little house was perfect for us for a fall getaway! The views from the deck were amazing. We saw about 30 elk across the way one night and got to listen to them bugle. You have no neighbors and the house was well stocked and cleaned. Great proximity to hiking trails without dealing with all of the people. We will likely be back!

Beautiful Stay

The house was nice and isolated so you don’t have to worry about noise or neighbors. Beautiful views included off the porch and a nice modern interior.
