The Rockies Retreat is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 beds and pack and play, 2.5 bath townhome in Estes Park with lovely views of the mountains and abundant wildlife. Sleeps 6 adults and two children 0-12.

Wintertime back country skiing or snowshoeing in RMNP is fantastic!

Only 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and less than 1 mile to downtown Estes Park.

You will enjoy leisurely walks along a short river path with catch-and-release fishing.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for homemade meals, complete with ample high end cookware, dishes and cutlery. Soaring ceilings and a gas fireplace in the great room welcome you for relaxation, games or to enjoy some screen time on the new HD TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ all included at no additional charge.

Outdoor barbeques are a must on the large deck off the great room. A Weber gas grill, grilling utensils and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 awaits you.

No need to worry about night time comforts as you settle into bed: each of the 3 bedrooms comes complete with all new king Serta i-comfort mattresses, high end linens and even the opportunity to raise the head of the bed so you can enjoy the 75" UHD TV. The master suite loft also includes a full bath and walk-in closet. A pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, actually very comfy!

The 2 car-attached garage and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway ensure ample space for you and your guests. When you book your vacation at Rockies Retreat you can look forward to staying at your home away from home.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were close to the Stanley Hotel and Lake Estes which was perfect! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends as well.

Very clean and well-appointed home. It is close to the river and you can walk to several stores and coffee shops. Restaurants are nearby as are local attractions. Grandkids and Moms all loved it as well.

This condo is centrally located to Estes Park and RMNP. Elk and mule deer were spotted in the neighborhood and in town. After hikes in Rocky or shopping in Estes, this condo was the perfect place to relax with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped for all meals if you choose to eat in. Overall cleanliness was excellent. The carpeted areas could use a cleaning. We definitely would stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to any concerns.

Great stay convenient location

Place was clean and super close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Super easy to communicate and would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Estes Park.

Fantastic Stay!

What an excellent place!! We had a fantastic time here. The property was exactly as advertised…and more. Convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. Lovely river walking path…easy access…cooked several meals in a well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay again!

Enchanted Getaway

Truly enjoyed the time spent here..from experiencing the magical first snow, to Elk just outside the front door, to the convenience of town and excellent eateries. Cameron had excellent suggestions and clear instructions that made for a flawless and needed mountain respite.

Perfect Location

Beautiful home in a great spot between town and RMNP. We cook most meals in and the kitchen was well equipped! Communication with Cameron before, during and after the stay was prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

I would recommend this townhouse for exploring RMNP. It’s very close to park entrances, grocery store, restaurants, anything you may need. The beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, couldn’t ask for more. We were 5 adults, the space was perfect, I would rent this property again without hesitation.

Perfect!

The townhome was comfortable and perfect for our family vacation to Estes Park. The location was perfect, centrally located to Main Street and thr RMNP entrance. We had beautiful views of the mountains and had elk in the yard. We will be back!!

Great views of the mountains from the large windows throughout the home and on the large deck. New property with plenty of space for entertaining and separating when wanting privacy. Soft king size beds and extra large TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms.

We fell in love with the nature that Estes Park offers and wanted to have the opportunity to experience it more abundantly. We love that we are minutes away from the mountains and hiking as well as downtown shopping and food. Depending on our mood we can enjoy a rustic hike or browse the local shops. There is no other place like Estes Park.

We prioritize comfort above all else and that is why we furnished this home with the best of everything. When we vacation we love to be welcomed with a bed and pillows that are as comfortable as our own. With that intention in mind, we acquired high end mattresses, TV's with sound bars, high quality linens and bedding, down pillows and beautiful furniture. You will not be wanting for a thing when you vacation with us as we've furnished this property with all the things we'd want for our own home.
