472 Captain’s Walk is an upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation villa located in the highly desirable Palmetto Dunes Resort, where guests can enjoy an oceanfront pool with sun decks and a large, covered pavilion, perfect for picnics or getting out of the sun. There are both charcoal and gas grilling areas near the pool. This spacious 3rd floor villa has beautiful light hardwood floors and fabulous panoramic oceanfront views from the living area, master bedroom and the living room balcony.

The fully equipped, updated kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. There are three stools at the counter for a great place to enjoy a snack. There is a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen. In the adjacent dining room, there is a glass topped table for six.

Relax and enjoy your home away from home in the spacious living area with a 65-inch 4K HDR smart TV, blue queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a small game table for two. The TV can access Netflix, Amazon, etc. using your personal accounts and supports casting. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with four chairs for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.

To the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom which has a Queen bed, one Twin bed, ceiling fan, and a 26" flat screen TV. The remodeled guest bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo and is also accessible to the living area.
At the opposite end of the hall is the master bedroom which has a King bed, two accent chairs, 50" smart TV, breathtaking oceanfront views, ceiling fan, and an en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom is updated with a quartzite vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower.
