Aloha Daniel, Thank you for the feedback. Winter weather can definitely be unpredictable, but we're happy you got to see lots of turtles. Our listing states that a laundry facility is on property, but not in-unit and this condo is the standard 1 bedroom size for the Kuleana property. All of our TVs are connected to Wifi with SmartTV capabilities for Netflix, Hulu, etc. A simple phone call or email and we could have sent someone out to assist you with the TV right away. Next time, please don't hesitate to reach out with any issues. We strive to create the most comfortable and relaxing vacation experiences for our guests. Aloha Joe, I am truly sorry that you experienced anything less than aloha. Usually our guests mention how wonderful and helpful Ty is when they run into him on property. Parking does need to be between the painted lines and has nothing to do with the concrete strips that prevent vehicles from going into the bushes. Although the parking lot may have not been full at the time you parked, the parking lot does fill up and security does not have any idea how long a car will be in the space. I do hope that you can put the parking aside and remember the beauty of Maui and the memories you made. Best regards, Kim Marie
