Perfect location

Great location, the view and access to the private beach can’t be beat! There are several turtles that hang out in the bay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous spot

This property is absolutely lovely! There was a beach during our stay, my guess is during the winter months there isn’t. The water and beach in front of the complex were amazing. Just a perfect place to enjoy the ocean, especially if you like calm water, again winter is probably a different story. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communications with Hawaii Life for booking, pre-arrival, check in, checkout and during our stay were excellent. Unit B4B was clean, well decorated and furnished and well supplied with lines, kitchen equipment, etc. The unit is older and showing its wear and tear but still quite nice. The bathroom is very smal and a confined space. A good renovation in the near future would be a welcomed improvement. Had some problems working the lights, fans and TV's with multiple remotes that were confusing. Be prepared for long, steep, slanted stairs from the parking lot to the unit level. We were not! For people with personal mobility issues, it is not the best. The grounds were well maintained and quite attractive. Glad we booked this unit but would perhaps not do so again due to the stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful property and setting. We come and visit every year and can't get enough. It is one of the best kept secrets on the island. The view from the patio is great and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The unit has been upgraded and is in great shape. Nice bathroom, well stocked kitchen, two large flat screen TVs, all the beach supplies you need. It was just my wife and I for our 30th anniversary, so we didn't need much. The only negative was the bed. The mattress is a bit dated and not as firm as we would have liked. It probably needs to be replaced in the near future. But other than that, 5 stars!

With access to the ocean and a warm pool, you can spend your days relaxing right here without having to drive anywhere. The unit was clean and provided so many extras for making the trip better like chairs, umbrellas and floatation devices. The only con was that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and if they are like the people who were here when we were, it will wake you up when they open and close the sliding door (which was as early as 5am daily for us). Just annoying. But other than that, no complaints at all. Great location, very clean, well stocked, near Napili market (definitely try out Fond for dinner!).

Anniversary vacation

We absolutely love it, place was excellent,clean had everything we needed and was so close to the water. Beautiful view. We are planning a trip back there again next year.

Taste of Paradise

This gem of a location was ideal! The Kahana Sunset condos are nestled around a small private cove. This location has perfect views of the ocean and, as the name suggests, gorgeous sunsets. Turtles regularly play around the rocks by the cove and the water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. There was a bit of rain but that didn't diminish the experience. We swam in the pool instead. There were several other families but it never felt crowded. The location is minutes from a grocery store in Napili and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could make meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. Probably the best amenity was the washer/dryer. This made it really easy and comfortable to swim multiple times a day without having to deal with wet suits and towels. We'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Lots of green space and lanai. The management was easy to communicate with checking in and out. It's a great place to stay on the west side without being in a high rise...less commercial and cozier and the people who work there are super friendly and share lots of aloha. (They passed out fresh bananas and limes from the property when we were having coffee on our lanai.) The beach might be smaller, but it was perfectly suited to watch the sunsets or take a quick dip. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and so many turtles were visible every day. Also, if you want to go to church, there's a really sweet local one right above the property called Door of Faith.

Kahana stay with teens.

The property is wonderful. Beautiful grounds, everything you need is right there. Grounds keepers were wonderful and brought us fresh fruit. Pool was decent. Beach is small but still nice little bay to snorkel in. Stunning views of sunset. BBQ Area kept very nice and clean. Condo had everything we needed. Property had a weird smell and found a cockroach in our room. Also, the beds were horribly uncomfortable.

Gorgeous, Friendly and perfect setting

Have not been here for thirty years but loved it as much as ever. The unit was updated, great location in the complex and very comfortable. A/C worked great and kept us cool when it got a little too hot outside. All Amendies were up to date and well stocked. Perfect for just the two of us for 11 nights. We will be back and highly recommend this unit

Celebrating my 50th bday!

This property was perfect for me and my fiance. When we arrived the first wow was the view from the condo, perfect little secluded beach and then when we opened the door to the condo we were wowed again! It was nice, cool, clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you need to make your own breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, all you had to do was go to the market which was less than 5 minutes away and get your groceries. The bedroom was a very nice size with a TV and comfortable king size bed. The sunsets were gorgeous every evening, the water was nice and cool and we saw a few turtles. We had a rental car and were able to do our own sight-seeing around the island but there are plenty of beaches all within 20 minutes or less of the property. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Awesome ocean view condo

Very clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view. Peaceful area that was super close to a grocery store and places to eat. The hosts provide an amazing online guide that provided great tips on where to eat, and things to do. We loved everything about our stay here.

We have not stayed at a vacation unit that was as well provisioned as yours. From the spices to soaps, etc., we truly appreciated all of it. Washer, dryer, ice maker and especially the a/c were all appreciated. Thank you for the coffee it was great.We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts so the location of your unit was perfect for us. Also the patio and view is simply outstanding and was used daily!When we return to Maui, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Check in/out was very simple.
