Looking for a simple, cozy, and affordable cabin just steps from the surf? This is one of the best spots around. Shore Drive Cottage is located just a few doors down from Pelican Pub & Brewery and only one row back from the beachfront. You can suit up, step outside, and be at the water in moments. Quaint and charming, this cottage is a wonderful little beach getaway. There are even peekaboo ocean views between the oceanfront homes across the street.

This delightful cottage is sure to bring a smile to your face. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a small microwave. The home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Please contact us anytime for more information. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Great Location

The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nothing fancy and had a limited view of the ocean but the price was great for what it did offer. The very short walk to the beach and Pelican Brewery was a perk. Kiwanda Coastal Properties were attentive and friendly.

the location was great and the house was very clean and comfortable. The property was pet friendly and close to restaurants and the beach access was just right around the corner, 1 min walk very convenient. The only complaint was the internet connection.

This Was A Decent Pick For Off Season

This is maybe four houses from the Pelican. Easy access to the beach. This is something to rent for a couple in the off season. There is a fold out couch for kids but I wouldn't use it. They have a nice smart tv and you can use all the streaming apps after you sign in. The bedroom maybe at best 8 x 10. With a queen you get about 18" on each side. There's a bay window to put your luggage but dark and basic. Bathroom is large but we cracked up because the toilet is right in front of the door and if you don't have the front blinds drawn it's a direct view to you doing your business. Decent shower. Kitchen is really small and not much storage. Has the basics for four people. No dishwasher. We ate out every meal so no big deal. We used the firepit in front as we brought wood. There is sand for ten feet after the parking pad so you have to take care not to drag in sand. Living/dining was a bit odd. I'd do a small remodel. It fit our purposes but I'd never stay there in prime time as it would be cheaper in a hotel and brighter. All in all it served our purpose.

Amazing location

Absolutely love this location - steps to the beach, restaurants close by, and a beautiful location set back in some trees. Used the fire pit almost every night - it was out of the strong winds from the beach so we could relax roasting veggies, hot dogs, and s'mores. Will definitely be back next year ... or sooner.

Oregon Beach get-a-way

The Cottage is just as described--the unit is small but odds are that you'll not be spending much time inside. Unit had everything that was needed for a short stay. The location to the beach and several eateries was fantastic--all were walkable. Other towns and activities were just a short drive away. The landscaping around the property could use some attention. If you want to be a stone's throw from the beach and don't mind a small space, the Cottage is perfect.

It was wonderful to have all the necessities to manage living by the beach! Not only was there a full kitchen, full bathroom, tv with Netflix, apple, HBO plus, etc, etc, but a washer and dryer. Some things that would help make things better would be to have a second blind replacement, a tight fitting door that would prevent gaps, a tight fitting screen by the kitchen window, and, a lever to Operate the skylight screen. It was great to be so close to restaurants, grocery as well as the beach. Day trips to Local areas are fun as well. I like d discovering Hebo Mountain and the Indian walking path in the forest too. I really liked the heating vent system to add comfort on wet cold days.

GREAT location

House was clean and within walking distance of everything. But it's pretty shabby and needs updating. The furniture is very worn, the dishes literally still have Goodwill stickers on them, the blinds were broken and one of the outlets in the bedroom is a fire hazard. I alerted the mgmt co so hopefully they will make some repairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will likely stay there again.

Our Little Cabin on the Beach

This property is definitely pint-sized. But we didn't need more than that. One block from the beach and beautiful haystack rock it was a perfect location for enjoying the coast. The property has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a nice size bathroom with a washer and dryer, a living room and a kitchen and like I said it was just perfect for two people. It was hard to say goodbye this morning.
