EXCELLENT. Booked this for our family of 2 adults and 2 college-aged kids plus a couple of friends and a pet. Adding in some detailed commentary as many previous reviews were high level and not the detail that we were looking for when choosing between rentals. House great and very clean - prob even better than the pics. Kitchen spacious and well-stocked with equipment and spices (note: they give you a starter pack of ground coffee but bring more if you are a coffee drinker - no Keurig). Outdoor setup great - grill and hot tub in perfect order and the chairs around the fire pit were perfect for any time of day. Kids loved the well-stocked game room and board games. Beds comfortable and property quite quiet at night. Great communication from the host team, and the 1pm checkin and out if stay 3 days was a nice touch. Note - we almost cancelled based on the odd contract mentioned in other reviews (see below) but glad we didn’t and actually added on a day to our stay and already looking at booking for next year. Downside - yes, there is a very extensive extra contract - not unique for Suncadia properties but this one was extensive and had an odd question around ‘number of single and married couples’ that did not make sense - we’ve never seen that in any contract and isn’t relevant, so recommend they remove that.

Very nice property on the golf course in beautiful Northwest resort.

My three sons and I traveled to Suncadia to kick the tires on the resort, short term rental market and play the two public courses. All aspects of our stay were superior including our short term rental and golf courses.

The house was amazing. Very clean, well organized, great location- lots of walking trails, on the golf course and we happened to check in on the night of glow ball so that was cool. They have a game room with a tv and fridge in it. Extra adu above the garage with another fridge and full bathroom. For the price and how many people can sleep here it’s worth every penny. We had an amazing time and check in/check out was super easy. Definitely saved and will stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway
