Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom property steps away from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach.

Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a newly-built home with all the amenities you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Ms. Annie's Hideaway features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, a family of six can be seated at the dining table with additional eating space at the kitchen island.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and the private bathroom features a large walk-in shower with seating.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 3 flat-screen TVs, and much more.

Newly added fence provides a fully enclosed backyard for furry friends to frolic!

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

Chris was very responsive and provided all the information needed for a smooth check in and check out. The house was spacious, but cozy, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable but, if you like fluffy pillows, I would suggest bringing your own. We loved the closeness to all the shops and dining and the neighborhood was super quiet. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Perfect location for touring downtown Ocean Springs and vicinity. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was perfect for our group. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Ir was very comfortable and homey feeling. We actually were a bit sad to leave. The hosts are everything one wants in a VRBO owner.

This property was excellent and exactly as described and in photographs. House was comfortable and clean and oh so precious. All shopping, restaurants, and cocktails with live music were less than 1/2 mile walk so location was perfect. Communication was clear and timely! Looking forward to staying here again!

The cottage itself was a lovely renovation. Everything was extremely clean and neat.Suggest hooks to hang towels in bathrooms. Also AC was a problem. It was set on 70 when we arrived even though we were told not to lower it below 72 the temp was not regulated sometimes cool sometimes hot.

This property is clean and well provisioned. We were a group of 4 women and this property was perfect for us. We walked to shop and eat since everything was so close. There was noise on Friday night. A motorcycle kept raring it's engine, leaving and returning. Wednesday and Thursday night were very quiet.

Walkable area with plenty to see and do

My sisters and I chose to stay here for a 5 day getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The house is just off of one of the main roads in the downtown area. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, art galleries, and museums. The beach and Biloxi was a short drive away. There is a busy bar and parking lot next to the house and it was quite loud until the quiet hours of 11pm on weeknights and 13pm on weekends. It didn’t bother us at all but if you have young children or are easily bothered by loud noises you’ll likely not enjoy staying at this house.

Great way to spend the weekend

We had a great weekend. Lovely home and good location. We enjoyed being able to walk to coffee shop, restaurants, shops and beach. We would definitely return.

Certainly! Here’s the updated review with your note on communication: ⸻ The home itself is lovely—nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. Everything inside was thoughtfully set up and welcoming. The communication was incredible—every question I had was answered within minutes, which made the experience even smoother. The only downside was the noise from a nearby bar on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. It gets quite loud and can go on until 4–5 AM. Sound machines are provided and help somewhat, but as a light sleeper, it was still a challenge for me. Overall, a great place if you’re not overly sensitive to nighttime noise.

Very clean and comfortable property!

We had a great 2 night stay. The property was as pictured and had everything that you would need. Check in process was super simple and the property manager was prompt with answering any questions that we had. The property was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the level of noise at night. Friday night was VERY loud till almost 5am. I brought a noise machine, after reading others posts of the noise, but the bass of the music was so loud that it didn’t block it out. I’m not sure if maybe this was because of a christmasy party, since it is that time of year. There is a parking lot right behind the master bedroom and at times it was very noisy…loud music, cars pulling in and out, talking, motorcycles, etc. There is a bar directly across the street and it played loud music till well past 3am on both nights.
