Mr. Willie's Coastal Retreat is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom property steps away from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach.

Mr. Willie's Coastal Retreat is a newly built home with all the amenities you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Mr. Willie's Coastal Retreat features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, a family of six can be seated at the dining table with additional eating space at the kitchen island.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eat out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and the private bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins, and both have Smart TVs for streaming.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, a half bathroom off the living room, and much more.

We have a new, fully enclosed, fenced-in backyard for furry friends to frolic!

Most amazing place I’ve stayed in ocean springs before!! Smelled like a brand new home and looks like an interior designer decorated it. Extremely comfortable and walking distance from anything you need. Beautiful home and very nice people. Communication was fantastic and will definitely be staying again!!

This home was perfect for our needs! My sisters and I stayed for three nights, and this home had everything we needed. Although we did not walk from the home to the many restaurants and stores, it was close enough to do so. It was just too hot when we were there. This area in Ocean Springs is so quaint, and there is something for everyone. We were never bored, and the food and drinks were all so tasty! We will definitely be back and hope to stay there again. It was so clean and spacious!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Ocean Springs rental. The space was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited to all of our needs. The kitchen was a nice highlight—fairly well stocked and easy to cook in, with plenty of room for everyone to gather.The location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance of local restaurants and shops made it simple to explore the town at our own pace. During our visit, we especially enjoyed spending time at the Walter Anderson Museum, strolling along the beach area, and taking a short trip to Gulfport to visit the Mississippi Aquarium.Overall, this rental made our Ocean Springs getaway relaxing, convenient, and memorable.

The house is so cute! It is nicely laid out with 2 rooms and a bathroom on one side and the master and bathroom on the other. The main space is large with a well laid out kitchen, dining and powder bath. Walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown.

Great place and location. Very clean. Great layout. Our only wish was that the bed in the main bedroom was bigger. It’s hard to go from a king to a full/small queen, especially if your husband stills the covers LOL. He slept in the twin room and let me have the main room. We loved the place though. We will definitely stay again.

Prime location with tons of space!

We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of this property. Perfect for a family or friend get away. The location is absolutely perfect less than a mile from the beach and walkable to downtown.

We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful comfortable home! Ocean Springs is a lovely, very walkable seaside town with delicious food and cute shops!! Mr. Willie’s cottage was excellent choice!! Thank you!!

The unit was very clean and the set up suited the two of us and our daughter, her husband and two children perfectly! Plenty of replacements of paper products, trash bags, coffee, etc. Plenty of hand soap, but might recommend bringing some body wash or bath soap as there was only one small bar. The washer and dryer was a nice plus although we didn’t really need it. I was a little concerned about being so close to the busy government street and the noise. But even on Friday and Saturday night the noise stopped at 10 pm. Even with the music, we only heard it from the front bedroom. Other nights we didn’t hear anything inside the house. We will check availability of this unit on future trips.

We rented this property for our wedding weekend in the area. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is within walking distance of everything in downtown, which is what we weee looking for. I had some questions and my new husband forgot his wedding band when we left, but the host responded quickly and was extremely helpful.

Must See, Great Stay

Mr. Willie's Coastal retreat was just perfect. My friends and i had a blast. The facility was clean and the decor was just fabulous. Our property manager Chris was excellent. If you are in the Ocean Springs area i recommend booking this location. We will definitely be back.

The house was absolutely perfect

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely perfect. It’s the perfect location for walking and shopping. We had the best time!!! The hosts were in contact the entire time and made our stay so much better!!! We will definitely be back

Gorgeous house and perfect location

We stayed with our family here prior to relocating to the area. It is right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The house is beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything to create a very comfortable stay. The train does run close by but it never disturbed our sleeping two year old! We may be stealing some of their interior decorating ideas for our new house too. It was the perfect space for us to all relax and we will definitely be putting family up there again when they come to visit ocean springs!

Very clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Had a little problem with check-in. My only qualm was the TV. I was not familiar with the network. I have direct TV. The beds were just okay however as I said, it was so clean which means more to me. I definitely would stay there again.

Pretty House Inside

The Photo Shots of the inside of the House does not do it Justice. The Lot next Door the Grass needed to be Cut and the House across the street lots of Trash bags on the front porch. Ability to walk through town was Great.

Modern Home in Great Location

This home had it all. It is much prettier inside than the photos show. The house is open and beautifully appointed. The master bed is comfy, as is every area of the home. They thought of everything when updating this home. Covered parking with easy unloading/loading. State of art stove, coffee maker, fridge and everything you need to cook if you aren't eating out. Downtown is three blocks away and along the way are restaurants and shops. The yard is not fenced, so if you have pets be aware. There's also construction in the area that is a little loud early in the AM. I will definitely be back to this home.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean property. Close proximity to all of the shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here when we return to Ocean Springs.

They are managed by Chris, who has been a vacation rental Property Manager in Ocean Springs for over a decade.
