Renovated second story condo (short two flight stairway only-no elevator) located in the wonderful Gatlinburg Summit Condos, minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort and Amusement Park.
We have everything you need when you book our spacious 2 bedroom smoke-free condo. It sleeps six , and has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during those chilly fall and winter evenings! Firewood is available for purchase (a small ‘cash only’ fee at the office).
Main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, closet with iron and ironing board, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has comfortable queen bed with a reading nook.
The condo is located close (but not too close) to the outdoor pool (closed during winter). A newly rebuilt indoor heated pool, with two heated hot tubs, is now open. In the adjacent clubhouse is a small arcade for the kids, restrooms, soft drink machine, and a coin operated laundry room. Outside the clubhouse is a playground for the kids, and outdoor grille. Amazing views all around, and sometimes bears playing below.
From the Gatlinburg Summit you are surrounded by any number of things to see and do - hiking, skiing, shopping, sightseeing, fishing, biking, or just people watching.
Bring your kids, come with your significant other, or enjoy some "me" time. For a ‘home away from home’, this is the place to come!

The condo complex does not allow pets. If you bring a pet, you will have take the pet someplace else, or leave, with no refund.

Smoking is only allowed outside on the complex grounds. If the smell of smoke is detected inside by housekeeping, you will be charged $250.

Quiet hours set by complex management is 9 pm til 9 am. As we are not in the area, we are unable to control the actions of other guests.

Perfect vacation rental

The condo was a perfect fit for my family of four. Robert was quick to respond to my questions. All of the necessary kitchen appliances were available and there were the perfect amount of bathroom towels. Easy stay! I would highly recommend!

Great value for Smoky Mountain vacation

The condo was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Location was beautiful. Pools were excellent. Check-in was seamless and easy. One thoughtful touch was that there was already ice ready in the freezer. Only minor complaint is the pillows on the bed were thin. We wound up using pillows from the couch as well. Everyone's taste there is different, so if you're driving, maybe bring your own pillows. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay above Gatlinburg!

Great location, comfortable stay!

Very nice, comfortable 2nd story condo for our family of 5. Inside was well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Good communication from owner. Right up the mountain from park! Making it a convenient drive. Kids used the 2 pools everyday. 1 of the 2 hot tubes was out of order and the other was not hot, but that can be fixed by management. Just note that the kitchen area, including the stove and oven, are on the smaller size if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking. We would certainly recommend this place!

Close enough to the strip but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Great views, we saw a bear everyday we stayed even a mama bear and two cubs! Property is what to expect from the pictures shown. Be prepared to drive the mountain roads/hills!

Great holiday trip

We enjoyed the mountain top view. The drive up the mountain at 2:30am was not fun but it was the fastest route that my gps chose (from Texas). Once we settled in and looked at alternate routes, we found one that was easier on my car and my anxiety the rest of the trip. Recommend not taking the route up that has any street with “Alpine” in it. Overall, we really enjoyed the location out of the middle of town. We saw three bears right outside the balcony two nights in a row. It was entertaining while making dinner. We enjoyed visiting GSMNP and zip lining at Smoky Mountain zip lining. The views are simply breathtaking. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to come back again in the future.

Amazing mountain retreat

Was perfect home base for our party of 4 for our hiking trip to the Smokies. Just as pictured and super clean and quiet location. Perfect setting to relax after time in the mountains

Great Family Condo

This location was great for our recent family trip! The condo was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. The daily bear activity was fun to watch! We will definitely be back the next time we are visiting Gatlinburg!

Beautiful scenic property!!

Location was beautiful. We had the most fun at Ober Mountain just minutes away from the Condo. I wish we would have known of it on day one as we would have spent 2 full days there. Other than that, accommodations were great, comfy, and felt like home. Could use some TLC on the outside, but once you walk through the door of the condo, it is clean and updated.

Relaxing

The condo was clean alot of space. Didn't have many towels, the sofa bed had stains, folded back up....slept on top of sofa. The drive leading to condo was to much for me. It's literally up up on top of the mountain. Can't put my car through that again. But overall the stay was great.

Great Experience.

My family of five, two adults and three teenage kids, stayed very comfortably here over Memorial Day Weekend. Bob and Cindi are excellent hosts and very accommodating. The unit is very nice with spacious beds and plenty of amenities. The pool is right outside of the condo. The location has great views and is nicely tucked away from the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Enjoyable stay

The condo was very nice! It had plenty of room for my husband and I as well as our two daughters. While visiting it was raining and very foggy on the mountain, but we had no issues making it up the mountain. It was only a short drive into town which was very convenient. I did not need to reach out to the owners because the informational email they sent covered everything we needed. I would recommend this this condo do others.

Amazing property

Mountain get away

I don’t think we truly appreciated the views and where the condo was until we made the drive up the mountain. A nice quiet place for a small family or a couple (or a couple of couples) and has a nice home feeling with great cleanliness and welcoming spirit. Nice decor and linens, and there was nothing as nice as watching the sunrise over the mountains. This place is not super close to Gatlinburg, so be ready for some wine the roads but well worth the truck. Would recommend four-wheel-drive if anyone is trying to do a trip here during the wet months or winter. Hosts were fantastic and able to provide all sorts of recommendations for the area. It made it a smooth trip.

Great location and amenities

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Bob and Cindi are very gracious hosts. The property was clean, smartly styled and had the most wonderful views. I would definitely choose this condo again.

We are Cindi and Bob, your hosts for your mountain getaway. It is a place for us to get away from the world, relax, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and forget our cares for a while. Our hope is that you will enjoy our retreat as much as us, and will want to make it a regular destination for you to escape from the every day.

Cindi and I had been searching for that perfect place. We wanted beautiful scenery, a mountain feel, but also someplace convenient to a variety of activities, with something available virtually year round. This is where we landed, and it has everything we wanted. We believe you will feel the same.

Our condo is a new adventure for us. It came much as you see it now, tastefully decorated and furnished, stainless steel appliances, nice flooring and counters, bedding, and freshly painted. We really didn't have to do much, though we have just recently taken ownership. We will add some additional touches over time, but for now we are comfortable with sharing our retreat for others to enjoy.
