Fantastic place!

This house is on a great, quiet, and relaxing beach! The house was exactly as listed. Location, location, location. 20 mins from down town St Augustine. We had to make a quick date change due to a hurricane at home and the host responded immediately and was able to accommodate us a day earlier. Definitely recommend this place and the host!

4th of July stay

The property is nice, with a phenomenal view. You can sit on the couch and watch the sun rise with the waves rolling in. When we arrived, the A/C wasn't working. After calling the host, they had a tech over quickly to evaluate the situation. The unit needed replacing, and later that evening, the host messaged me to let me know a new unit was to be installed the next day. Needless to say, our stay started off a bit bumpy, but the host made sure that it was gotten back on track as quickly as possible.

Beautiful Property with Stunning Views - A Memory Maker

Access to the property was vey easy with plenty of parking room. When we walked in we were immediately blown away with the ocean view through all the glass doors going out to the deck. Then turning to see the beautiful den, dining and kitchen areas. Such excellent attention to detail with everything needed right at your fingertips. The master bed was so comfortable and bath with large walk-in shower was perfect for us. The host contacted us and made sure we knew she was available if we needed anything. She was so gracious and kind. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and this property complemented our time there making for such a great and memorable experience.

Spectacular Ocean View

We had a lovely stay at this VRBO. It was clean, bright, and just what we needed to enjoy our visit. We loved the location and access to the ocean. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

A Relaxing Sister Getaway

My sister and I enjoyed staying at your lovely, very clean, private, well equipped beach house . The view of the ocean was spectacular. The wide, white sand beach was wonderful. We had delicious meals at Sunset Grill and the Seafood Kitchen. We would love to visit Crescent Beach and stay at your house again.

Loved our trip-Hope to Return

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay near the beach in a relatively quiet area. We searched online and thought we were not going to find a place. We wanted to be near St. Augustine. This property exceeded our expectations. The beach was lovely and visible from inside through large windows and outside on the back deck. The beach was not crowded. The pictures online were accurate. Showers/Bathrooms were spacious and everything looked updated and clean. Comfortable bed in master, and the kitchen spacious and furnished with nice appliances. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a recliner to the living room area. Questions to our hostess were answered quickly. We hope to return to this property.

Wonderful stay

We stayed just 3 days at the property and had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and the view can't be beat. It did appear that one of the sliding glass doors had been broken before our stay and we had to be careful to keep our toddler away from the door. Other than that, the property was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great Beach House

So happy I found this lovely home, sits on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Very well furnished, had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in. A short drive to plenty of good restaurants, and only about 15 miles south of St Augustine. We had a little trouble connecting with the wife, but a lovely lady named Ginger came right over and got everything up and working. I highly recommend this lovely beach house. I will definitely stay here again.

Pure Ocean Relaxation!

The unobstructed view of the sea with access to beautiful Crescent Beach made our stay very relaxing. The unit was very clean and bright with a tasteful modern beach decor. Everything was in good working order, the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms felt luxurious and the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparations. We appreciated the beach towels provided. The spacious deck' s sparse furniture could use an upgrade especially since the deck is a great feature of the rental! We look forward to another visit here.

Nice Beach Stay

The place was right on the ocean, past a dune. We dined with the waves in view and saw dolphins one evening. The place was very clean. There was a light smell of cigarette smoke, but it was not noticeable after the first day. We noticed it on our clothes once home, but not noxious. The beach chairs we nice and toys for playing in the sand. A gopher turtle viisted the back patio two days, munching on the grass. Overall a wonderful vacation. We would like to try the 'right' side of the property on another trip!

Great vacation getaway!

We so enjoyed our stay in this home! The view was nothing short of amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was clean and fully stocked with towels for kitchen, bath and beach, beach chairs and toys were available, and the deck was amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

What A View

This was just the place we needed to rest and reconnect as a family! The placement of the house, being above the dunes, left an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean. We soaked in the view while sitting out on the deck and from indoors through the wall of glass doors. The beach was wide and not crowded at all. We enjoyed walking the beach everyday. The boardwalk is at the end of the deck by the right-side unit, so just be ready to wave to the neighbors as you past by:). It was so helpful that there were beach towels and beach chairs available at the house for us to use. There were also boogie boards for the kids to enjoy. There is a hose at the top of the boardwalk as well for sand removal. We took a 1/2 day trip into St Augustine and the drive was super easy. We enjoyed a meal at Safe Harbor Seafood which was close by and one night we walked the 0.4 miles to Island Ice Cream Cafe. As an FYI, the medium sized ice cream is really big! The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The extra blankets were so nice to have! We are so grateful we had the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful spot. Thank you!!

Breathtaking view, clean and comfortable beach house

We were so pleased with our stay in this vacation beach house. The sunrises were a part of our morning routine. The white, sandy beach was close by and we could hear the sound of the waves from the house. The beach house is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will be back next year.

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved this property! The home is located right on the beach for easy access and perfect sunrises. It was nicely decorated and thoughtful touches throughout the home. We very highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location

Fantastic combination of an updated interior living space with a view and super easy access to Crescent Beach. So memorable for all guests we booked it two weekends in a row.
