We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.

The property description was misleading and left out important information. The advertised views were obstructed by ongoing construction, and although we paid over 200 for a mandatory cleaning fee, the property was not properly clean, including hair in corners and a moldy shower curtain. The listing also advertised a washer and dryer as amenities without clearly stating they were not located in the condo. Overall, the property did not match the description or the expectations set by the listing, and our concerns were not adequately resolved.

Captiva Stay

Clean unit a little dated. Needed a few items in kitchen and need a new mattress in masterBiggest disappointment was the lack of wristbands to get into restaurants and amenities at the Marina village

Enjoyed Marina Villages condo at South Seas

Beautiful views. Enjoyed watching manatees and boats in canal. Used beach and pool. Asked for additional pillows, towels and blankets for six people staying there — received Kitchen equipped, but not fully equipped

Beautiful location at the tip of Captiva. The property was newly renovated and had beautiful views of the marina and the ocean. The pool was just outside the front door and only a 3-5 min walk to the beach. One important note I don’t feel was called out in the rental information: renters are not able to use any of the dining facilities in South Sarah’s Plantation, including food trucks, without purchasing a wrist band directly from South Seas. Closest outside restaurant or market is a 10min drive.

Great Location!!!!

The location was great. You are a short walk from the beach and the resort pool. Check in was seamless and definitely won me over with renting through VRBO. The property manager was great, constantly communicating all the details needed for our trip. We will definitely be back next year.

Great location for all the activities!

This property is located by the marina which was a great view and we got to see the manatees! We were there for a wedding so it was close to all the activities for the wedding and east to walk everywhere. Just a short drive to docs or a store if you need anything. We had someone using the pull out and they provided bedding, however there is not very many pillows for the amount the place sleeps so may want to bring your own if you can. The pool was close and the beach. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There was 5 of us and it was plenty of space I would rent this unit again if I return to Captiva!
