Nye ejere har gjort denne allerede vidunderlige ferieudlejning virkelig spektakulær, og har alle nye møbler, gulve, forfængelighed, bordplader, skabe og meget mere. Alt bliver gjort øverst på linjen gennem West Elm og Crate + Barrell for blot at nævne nogle få. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 er en to soveværelse / to badeværelser ferie leje ejerlejlighed beliggende på 2. sal (1. levende niveau) og en direkte udsigt ud til den Mexicanske Golf. Vores rummelige lejlighed tilbyder 1.000 m² plads med en meget komfortabel opholdsstue og Smart TV. Der er en dronning sovesofa for yderligere gæster. Fra stuen er der et spiseplads og fuldt udstyret køkken med opgraderede apparater og en Keurig kaffemaskine. Føreren suite har en meget flot king size seng med eget badeværelse mens gæst soveværelset har to enkeltsenge. Der er et ekstra komplet badeværelse fra gangen i nærheden. Den screenede Lanai er væk fra stuen og er perfekt til at nyde en morgen kop kaffe eller aftencocktail mens du nyder det rolige Golf farvande og vores verdensberømte solnedgang. 



Foreningen tilbyder en opvarmet pool, tennis, højhastigheds-trådløst internet og grillgrill. Mens du ikke modtager fuld udvejstilladelse, da dette er en privatforvaltet udlejning, sparer du ca. 50% i forhold til udvejssatser, betaler aldrig et udlejningsgebyr og vælger vores nøjagtige enhed. VERY CLEAN, convenient location to walk to several shops/restaurants, and tastefully renovated/decorated! We actually visited other units in the same complex (other family members were staying), and this unit was by FAR the nicest. We can’t to come back, thank you!

This was our second stay in Captiva at this unit and it was just as great as we remembered! The view from the unit is as beautiful as advertised. The condo is clean and well stocked. This time we had 2 young kids and everything was very well set up for our family of 4. It's so easy to get to the beach and pool, bike around, and stop by local restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Continently located in gated area a short distance from shops and restaurants. Condo was updated, clean and well equipped. Beach was a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this condo and Captiva Island.

Beach Villa was clean and comfortable with new updated furnishings. We had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Location was very private with easy access to pool and beach. We did have an issue with the television. We’re not able to figure out how to get live tv. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful condo on the beach at Captiva. The hosts was excellent at communicating all of the details concerning our stay. The condo kitchen was well stocked, overall the place was very clean, and the beds comfy. I appreciated the attention to details throughout our stay.

Excellent property surrounded by beautiful beaches and homes. The walk to the beach takes just a minute, and of course there are all the shells you could ask for. The home was clean, all furniture was nicley kept and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We were happy to see that Captiva and Sanibel have recovered.
