Completely renovated spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers over 1,100 sq. ft. of bright, beachy living space, featuring 10-foot ceilings and a large screened-in private balcony with breathtaking bay and sunset views. Located at Old Landing Road in North Ocean City, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy unforgettable beach time with friends and family!

The host did not respond to our texts asking how to access to TV channels. There was no written instructions and we were unable to access the TV. When I brought it to their attention toward the end of our stay, they argued that they didn't get the messages but they did get other messages that I sent. I had to send screen shots of the messages and they still argued with me. We did have to make our own beds when we arrived which didn't make sense to me and which I never had to do before at a VRBO. Otherwise the condo was ok and our view of the bay from the screened in porch was very nice.

After looking into the situation, we found that your message about the TV was sent through the VRBO inquiry thread rather than the reservation message thread, which is where all of our previous communication had taken place. Because of this, we did not see the message during your stay. As soon as we discovered it, we explained what had happened and apologized for the misunderstanding. Our intention was never to argue, but simply to clarify why we had not received the message. Regarding the beds, our property description clearly states that, for hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally cleaned, sealed in plastic, and provided in a package. Guests are responsible for making their own beds upon arrival. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the condo and its beautiful bay views.

Clean, Updated, Beautiful View

We have stayed here twice already. We stay for Bike Week and this location is far enoughaway from the noise, but close enough to get to all the action! Two small things that would be helpful. A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom and a cbaking sheet for the kitchen.

Great Updated Bayfront Condo

This condo appears to have been updated very recently. It is modern, clean, and well stocked. The screened-in balcony is very peaceful and spacious. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks away. Very central to Fenwick, Bethany and Southern OC. The complex has a great pool. Put this one at the top of the list.

Need Towels

Was a nice place but upon arrival, noticed we had no sheet or towels. Had to make our own bed and wait to take showers. Disappointed

Hi Robert, thank you for staying with us! Fyi: fresh Linen & Towel package is provided with every reservation, not sure how were you not able to notice it, nor you have contacted us that it was missing. This service is provided by third party, local trusted linen company, therefore it does not correspond with our cleaning crew. As for the wait at the shower, it is something new to hear, place has 2 full showers and you are the first one mentioning about the wait for the shower; but, if you had more guests than you have listed, obviously its a different story. Have a blessed day!

Perfect!

A perfect stay for us- my husband and I, our 5yo daughter, and my in laws. Frosty mugs in the freezer upon arrival, a huge selection of board games, an incredibly beautiful view from the gigantic screened in porch, and a pretty big bathtub were just a few of the amenities we really enjoyed. The swimming pool was huge and located right across from the building. It really was the perfect stay for us. I would warn however there is no elevator so if one is elderly or unable to get around too easily this may be an issue. Outside of that I can’t think of a single negative. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

Great sunsets

Enjoyable place to stay. Would stay again in the future. Great sunsets. View of the bay was nice to wake up to each day.

The condo was clean and modern, had lots of the little things you need on a vacation.

Clean and modern.The rental agent answered all our texts when we had questions quickly. the steps to the third floor were a lot but doable. Pool and location good. Had cool sunset views and could watch birds and other wildlife from the screened porch. Good bonding time. A list of recommended restaurants and things to do would help a bit.

Perfect vacation spot!

A 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo was immaculate, modern, with all of the amenities. Pool (visible from front door) is gorgeous, well kept and had a life guard. Sunsets off the enclosed back porch are to die for. Instructions provided were complete and accurate. Property management was friendly and responsive.
