Welcome to Heron Beach 103!! This updated first floor waterfront condo is in the amenity rich Heron Harbour community in Ocean City on 120th street bayside. This first floor property provides the coastal peace and serenity your family has been longing for!

The open living area features a waterfront living room with a smart TV and full sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and separate dining area. There is a large, private, covered balcony, with a child safety gate, that leads directly down to the waterfront and offers beautiful views of the canal, bay and sunset. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, walks along the dock, boat watching in the canal, and watching the sun set and rise just steps from the back door!

The waterfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and walk in closet, with private access to the back balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower, stacked washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi in the unit for your convenience.

3 outdoor community pool, including large family pool, adults only lap pool, and fenced baby pool are a 1-minute walk from the front door. Northside Park, which has walking trails, playgrounds, ballfields, fishing piers and firework shows, several restaurants such as Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, pizza shops, shopping, amusements, coffee shops, gas stations, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and THE BEACH are all only a short 10-minute walk away!

This truly is the perfect spot for family and friends and is very kid friendly!!

For 7-night rentals, bed linens and bath towels are included! Linen packages are available for rentals that are less than a full week for an additional fee. You also receive a discount for booking 7 or more nights! No smoking or vaping permitted on the property and no pets allowed. The minimum guest age is twenty-five years old. NO PARTIES OR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS.

Remove all personal items from refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Dry sweep unit and place all trash in dumpsters.

Turn off fans and lights and lock all doors. RETURN RED POOL KEY TO REFRIGERATOR HOOK! Bag bed linens and towels and place outside front door.

This is our second stay and would do it again. Great location. Condo is thoughtfully and fully stocked with everything you might need. Katie is great at communicating. Always a quick response.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful condo. Location is great, the pool located in the community is awesome, and we would absolutely stay here again. Check in and check out was easy, and any questions we had were quickly answered.

This property makes for an absolutely perfect beach stay! Location is convenient, and walkable to the beach and shopping. The condo is beautifully kept and super clean! The owners really haven’t missed a step in making this property comfortable for their guests!

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for 45 years, spending one week together every summer. After a long 8-hour drive, we’re ready to relax, unwind, and feel pampered—and this condo provided exactly that!From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Comfortable beds (which definitely matters at our age!), fun, beach-themed bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, with the option to bring back favorite take outs and enjoy it together. Plenty of comfy space for everyone to relax, including enough room to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers game on Thursday night!Fantastic location & amenities: few blocks from the beautiful sandy beach and easy walking distance of the huge community pool, which has plenty of tables, umbrellas, and chairs, which was perfect for swimming and playing cards. Having a local grocery store nearby was also incredibly convenient for anything we needed throughout the week. When it rained, we traveled to nearby Fenwick, Bethany and Dewey for shopping! Close to Freeman Arts Pavilion for concerts and local fireworks at the park!We appreciated the sense of safety and convenience throughout our stay. The host was easily accessible and communicated very well. That kind of hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable.After 45 years of Ocean City vacations, we can honestly say this condo checked all the boxes for our family. It gave us the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, relaxation, and FUN IN THE OC SUN!

Very pleasant stay! This condo is located in a quiet condo community. The buildings are somewhat new. This place accommodated my wife and I and four children. They were easily entertained by catching blue crabs right out the back door at the boat docks. The home was well appointed having everything we needed although we didn't cook there. Super clean! It was very convenient not having to bring beach chairs and toys, linens and bedding were all provided. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Awesome Experience

My experience was amazing! The owner and the location were fantastic! The place was spotless, which is super important to me when I travel. I even brought my own cleaning supplies, but honestly, I didn't need them because everything was already perfectly stocked. The atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful, and everyone we met was really friendly. The owner was great at communicating and very helpful, which made our stay even better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. My family visits Ocean City every year, we would definitely return to this location again. I was more than pleased and would highly recommend this place to families or couples. It was truly superb!

Great property. I have stayed in this community before but not this property. Great location on bayside and convenient to everything. Beautiful pool if you don’t always go to beach. Back porch is right on a walkway on canal. Very calming. Unit was very well-equipped and we appreciated things specifically for children (toys, games, utensils and plates/bowls). Excellent communication with the owner. Always a prompt and pleasant reply. Plenty of room. I brought my son and daughter-in-law and they had master suite. I had a queen bedroom and two grandsons in the bunk bed/trundle room. We also had a full bathroom. Nice living room, dining and kitchen area. Would love to stay again.

We are a family with 2 young boys, so we are always on the move! We love being outside, crabbing, fishing, riding bikes and going for walks but can also sit back with our feet up watching a movie or playing a game! We love being able to share our OC condo with other families and groups of friends that can make memories and enjoy their time together. This condo gives you just that!

This community is extremely safe, quiet and family friendly! It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown OC and Coastal Highway but is still so close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, ice cream and candy shops, pharmacies, and the beach! You can safely walk to it all! Everything your family will need is right at your fingertips!

We have put our personal touches into this condo while also keeping it super family and kid friendly! It truly is an escape and all of our worries just float away when open the front door. The back deck is our favorite place to relax as a family, play games and watch the boats go by. It is so peaceful. We hope that all guests love and enjoy it just as much as we do!
