This residence is positioned on the seafront and gives direct access to the central beach of La Tranche-sur-Mer. The establishment with its atypical architecture has a wooded esplanade offering an exceptional panorama, as well as an outdoor swimming pool accessible and heated from May 1st.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and includes an equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer area, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and an electric coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee maker and the tableware.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with illuminated mirror, hairdryer, walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet area.

The apartment located on the first floor with private terrace and its garden furniture table will allow you to have your breakfasts and enjoy your aperitifs facing the sea...

On request from the permanence, you can benefit from a paid private parking lot located right next to the residence.

The location of this apartment is ideal, as it is located on the edge of the central beach of La Tranche sur Mer, a stone's throw from the main shopping street and 100m from the city center where you will enjoy finding shops, markets, restaurants and many activities to brighten up and perfect your stay in this magnificent seaside resort.

To discover the city, its 13 km of fine sandy beach and its surroundings, a free shuttle bus is available in July and August. We also suggest some activities nearby such as the Atlantic Wakepark and the O'Gliss water amusement park. The O'Fun Park and the Adventurers' Castle are also worth a visit. You can also take a ferry to the Ile de Ré from the ferry terminal (10 min walk).

The proposed price does not include cleaning. It will either be carried out by you at the end of your stay or we suggest that you entrust it to us by asking us 1 week before the start of your stay for an additional fee of €35 for a weekend stay (or for 2 or 3 nights) and an additional fee of €50 for a stay of one week or more.

The proposed price does not include the supply of towels and bed linen. They are to be provided by you.

In order to bring your bed linen (fitted sheet, pillowcases, duvet cover), we would like to point out that:

- the large sofa bed has a mattress of 160x200 + a duvet of 220x240

- the 2 bunk beds have mattresses of 90x190 + duvets of 140x200.

If you wish to benefit from the bed linen service provided, we can offer it for all beds for an additional fee of €35 per stay.

The accommodations are completely non-smoking and pets are not allowed ⚠.

We will ask you to pay a refundable security deposit of approximately 25% of the booking amount (related to the period and duration of your stay), with a minimum of 150€ and a maximum of 300€.
