Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This 3 bedroom house also offers a fully furnished basement with 2 bunk beds (full size) and a pack n play so you can host everyone in your family! Located in downtown Kennebunkport, you are only .4 miles from Dock Square where you have access to a wide variety of cafe's, restaurants, shops, water views of the Port and nightlife. The main living space has a full chefs kitchen, spacious living and dinning room as well as a screened in porch with lounge seating to relax and enjoy the fresh Maine air. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort. For your convenience, all Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Lovely!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in Kennebunkport. The weather wasn’t great which meant lots of time visiting at the house… would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable

Our group had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property and would highly recommend it. The house is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bunk beds were a favorite feature, providing ample room and a fun sleeping arrangement. The bathrooms were nicely designed, and the beds with quality linens made for a cozy retreat—perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.The location is fantastic, especially for those who want to explore the area, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The kitchen was well equipped. This VRBO is a great choice for groups looking for a roomy, comfortable, and well-located home away from home. We all gave it five stars!

Outstanding!

Beautiful stay! Property was easy to get to and very clean and organized. Had every amenity needed for cooking and bath products too! Plenty of towels and bedding! Fun living room space too for hanging out and the electric fire place was super nice considering the weather. Was easy to walk to and from the port which was a major plus. Overall was an amazing stay and highly recommend renting with coastline rentals again!

Amazing

We had a great stay in an amazing property. The house was beautiful and convenient to town. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house walking distance to Dock Square

The online photos accurately depict this beautiful modern house. It’s very spacious, clean, well equipped, and has comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Most importantly, it’s walking distance to the restaurants in Dock Square, which allows you to avoid the hassles of traffic and finding parking. The management company kept in friendly contact with us and made communications very easy. Highly recommend staying there.

Amazing home in ideal location

This property was so clean, modern, and well-equipped for our stay. We loved cooking in the kitchen! Even in the ‘off season’ the location was perfect for walking to town and the bikes were an excellent addition. I would love to revisit this property in the summertime!

Beautiful

Perfectly situated and so well appointed. The property was ideal for our family. It is a beautiful home within walking distance to everything you could need. Restaurants, shops, beaches. Well equipped kitchen. Great assortment of games for all ages. Plenty of comfortable sitting for family gatherings.

Christmas Family Celebration

Our family has rented a home in the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport for the past several years to celebrate Christmas. This was one of the best homes yet. It was perfect for us in terms of the open living/dining area and extremely well equipped kitchen. Also, with the school next door, it provided a play area for the children. Our time at this home went to by much too quickly. Hopefully we have an opportunity to return.

Designer home - Location 5* / Much much more amenities and fun stuff than listed

1. Location is amazingly close to everything. 2. Host has not mentioned so many of the amazing amenities in her listing. Garage has 5-6 bikes and helmets and air pump, and a table seating, table tennis, foosball, indoor basketball hoops. 3. Games in the cabinets. Pac and Play for infants. We carried ours. We set two up in the walk in closet for the 2 babies. 4. Kitchen - Everything you have in your own and much more!! 5. Laundry room upstairs. Linen galore. 6. Basement had everything The home and location is designer fabulous. Looks better and is more generous in person than in the pics. I am going back again with my girlfriends next year for sure.

Incredible location, beautiful house but inaccurate listing

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location and is beautiful. That said, we were disappointed by a few things which we shared with the host without a resolution - the property is inaccurately listed as having 4 bedrooms when it’s 3 bedrooms and a basement common area with beds. I had 3 small children (infant) and my kids are too young to sleep on their own in the basement, so those beds were useless for us and we had to work out 4 adults and 3 kids in 3 bedrooms. This was uncomfortable with limited space to sleep in for me and my kids. Surprisingly, there was one scratched / burned pan which I sent pictures of to the host with no response. That’s what we ended up using to make breakfast which was not ok. For the price, location and how nice the place is, things like being able to make breakfast in clean pots and pans should be a given. Thirdly, check out instructions are too extensive and require the guest to effectively clean on behalf of cleaning staff. With 3 small kids, I would not have booked this property if I knew this as it took me many hours the previous night and morning of. I spent my last night stressing. I have Vrbo properties and have stayed at many, this was a first. The cleaning people never even arrived, only the “inspector” until 1/2pm. We were in the area till 2pm. Guests are effectively the cleaning folks making the place ready for next guests (not just cleaning up after themselves which is the norm).

Wonderful Kennebunkport location with lots of room

Enjoyed our stay at the property very much - great location to walk into town. The house is very spacious with many amenities. It was very well cleaned when we arrived. The listing photos are deceiving as they do not show the privacy fence that has now been installed around the back yard and a portion of the front yard. The property itself is not ideal - no real area to gather outdoors or for games/activities in the yard. There were also a few minor things we noticed in the house - holes that need patching and paint touch-up, a previous guest must have spilled coffee down the counter that was dried and sticky on the edges of several cabinet drawers, and it would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms. We appreciated the 6 bikes that are available for guests' use, however, upon getting them down the first day we realized the tires were all flat and in need of air. Some of the bikes could also use a tune-up. Fortunately, we had an air compressor with us, but it would be unfortunate if other guests were not able to add air to the bike tires. Seems the bikes should be checked and tuned-up regularly. Guests are also asked to wash and dry all of the towels before departure. With a 10:00 check-out time and 10 individuals staying in the home, that's not an easy task the morning of check-out. All in all, we enjoyed the home and especially it's convenient location. Great to be able to walk into town and ride bikes around the area.

Loved this fabulous roomy home!!!!

My five sisters and I stayed in this home for an annual sisters trip. The house is sooooo roomy and decorated beautifully. Also a great location in kennebunkport. Loved the beds - so comfy. Coastline - the management company - couldn’t have been more helpful with general inquiries and even giving us the name of a private chef who came and cooked a meal in the house - was delicious!!! Would absolutely rent this home again when in the area!!!!

Great Lication!

House was spotless and well laid out to accommodate our family of 10. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us several times during our stay. An easy walk to Dock Square. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Family Dinner Part

We had an excellent time staying at the property. The hosts thought of every detail you would need when visiting kennebunkport. I was hosting a private chef dinner party for 16 and everybody loved the setup and there was plenty of room for everybody to comfortably sit and dine. The downtown is within walking distance which was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this house for staying in kennebunkport!!
