A large Den/Family room off the living room area on the 1st floor can also accommodate extra guests or friends with extra sleeping sofa bed, flat screen tv and add'l seating for adults or kids.

Your family will be able to relax in the generous living space that includes 2 TV's and Sonos sound bar. The living room is airy and open, with a high, dramatically slanted ceiling with exposed joists, doors leading to a sunny deck on the 1st floor. Open your eyes to an amazing waterview from the master suite.

The 1st Floor has 2 bedrooms :
1st Room - 1 queen bedroom sleeps 2 people and is adjacent to a full bathroom
2nd Room- Is set up with a bunk bed and trundle bed and is good for kids or a family to stay together.

The 2nd floor bedrooms are very spacious and offers:
Bedroom - A king size master
Bedroom - A queen size master bedroom
Outside these 2 bedrooms you have your choice of some privacy to lounge on either the balcony and watch the sun come up or sunset or just hangout. There is also a large open sitting space which allows for a yoga or fit class online or to set up your office & or just to do nothing and stare at the water and read a book.

Bathrooms - We have 2 full bathroom as well as a brand new cedar outdoor shower .

There are a number of luxurious amenities that also come along with this house. In house sonos sound system, flat screen TV's, free wifi, weber bbq, towels & linens, dishware, utensils, keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and gorgeous furnishings.
There are sheets, blankets, house towels, beach towels, beach chairs , beach cruiser bikes, and 2+ beach umbrellas

Please also reach out and remember to ask us about our other properties located around the corner for rent ...they are spectacular and also offer a pool and immediate beach access within 350 feet.

There are bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, all on site and so many great amenities located in town including: restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, gourmet deli, art, yoga, and tennis all in close proximity. On the street there’s basketball courts, a baseball field and an outdoor playground. The beach is located just down the road with immediate access and steps away from the town. Ocean Beach also offers Camp for children on a weekly basis for 1/2 and full days subject to availability which is walking distance down the road.

This home is located in the Village of Ocean Beach, a family friendly community that is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

*This ocean beach house has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement for renters.
*This rule is does not apply to families with children.
*We can offer you a 5% discount if you book 60 days in advance in the Months of September -November.

*Summer/Fall Rentals are Weekly or Monthly. 6 Night minimum required. Monthly discounts offered.
Rental dates are flexible and specific exceptions will be made. (check-in is typically Monday 4pm and check out on 10am Sundays)

*All guests must sign a lease and fill out guest information form including a photo license
to gain access to rent property and approval.

You can park your car right at the Ocean Beach Ferry in Bayshore (cash only) Or can park at the lot next-door. Leave yourself time to park and catch ferry.

Riding bikes is at your own risk as all renters take full responsibility for themselves, children and guests (as per the lease).
