Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.

The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
