Perfect for the family and close to the ocean

Paki Maui 105 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped remodeled kitchen. The master bedroom features a comfortable King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a large walk-in shower.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

We’ve now stayed here a couple years. It perfectly fits four people, but we comfortably fit five with the fold out couch. The best part about the unit is the patio view. We can sit on the patio, sipping coffee and watching whales or grab a lawn chair on the grassy lawn, soaking in the sun. It’s a great unit that has everything we need plus an amazing view. There’s a community washer and dryer available as well. We plan to come back next year for our annual trip.

Tranquility at the beach

We had the perfect 6 days at Paki Maui this last week. Starting with our accommodations which were clean, decorated and appointed nicely and the absolute perfect location for experiencing beautiful sunsets and close up whalewatching from the balcony of Number 105. The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances we needed for cooking and mixing those special Hawaiian cocktails. The master bed was a dream and we both slept so well with the fan and ocean breeze lulling us to sleep each night....the location to the great fish market across the street and wa simple walk to Duke's restaurant were added pluses. We can't wait to return next year.

Absolute Paradise

I never write reviews, but I just couldn't stop myself from writing a 5-star review for this condo. This condo was absolute paradise. I have only ever stayed in hotels in Maui, but this condo was a game changer. I felt so relaxed here without the hustle and bustle that comes with large hotels. It was incredibly peaceful being able to hear the sound of waves from the living room - and being able to make coffee while looking out in the ocean was a dream. This place was also walking distance to food trucks, coffee shops, restaurants & even a grocery store. The location was unbeatable too - we were right in the middle of Lahaina and Kapalua, so we never had to walk or drive too far to adventure out. We have already told all of our friends that they need to stay here when they visit Maui. I still cant stop thinking about that ocean view!

Great Time was had by all!!!

We have rented this place for the passed 2 years. It is a great location with a beautiful view from the condo lani. The beach facilities and pool are good. The only drawback was the spa jets were not working but it was heated. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome Vacation

Wonderful Condo!! I stayed seven days and it was gorgeous. The grounds are well kept and the staff was friendly. The condo is beautiful and THE VIEW! The view was amazing. Every night you watch the sun set from the beautiful balcony. I highly recommend Paki Maui.

A piece of Paradise

This place is such a nice getaway for a couple who enjoys savoring a meal while watching the waves lap against their beachfront view. Spectacular spot to also enjoy whale watching. The location is great for access to food, groceries and across the street from a local fish market. You can walk to Dukes restaurants and Westin facilities such as their spa facilities. Hikes are just a short distance away. But the beach, pool, hot tub and barbacue are all right in front with ocean views, so no need to really go anywhere...just relax and enjoy the view right on your patio here. Loved this quiet spot.

Perfect view!

We enjoyed this two bedroom unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The king bed was super comfortable and lots of closet space. This condo was close to great dining and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely stay at Paki Maui

We enjoyed the whales leaping in the water...we loved the views of Molokai and Lanai. It would have been absolutely perfect if we had figured out the tv.....but we are used to not being able to work tv's! We would happily book 105 again! (And they did send someone to help us with the tv, so they tried!!)

View from the deck was perfect. Easy to use the facilities

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and in a great location. All of the amenities were easy to use. If the overall facility had a few more BBQs, it would be great. There would be some lines to cook some nights.

Our stay

The location and view was perfect for our family. The stairs beach access on property is blocked off which was not communicated, I asked the lady at the front desk and she said it has been that way for a couple months. The beach area is pretty rocky but still enjoyable. Communication with property management was good. I did forget some clothing items in a drawer and when I reached out once I got home I was told that no one found anything which is a little disappointing.
