This luxurious private residence is the closest ski­-In, ski-out home to Park City Mountain Canyons Village. Nestled in the woods alongside the resort base, this home offers a mountain contemporary look and feel. Walk to dinner and summer golfing, and enjoy resort fireworks off of the front patio. Easy and quick access to SLC airport (30 min).

A main floor master bedroom with 18-­foot ceilings sets the stage for this masterfully designed home. Beautiful office/library with built-ins with views of ski runs and resort lifts. Professional chef's kitchen with open design great for entertaining. Balconies and walkout patios give bedrooms plenty of light and views. Heated driveway/walks, custom theater­, ornate sports bar, art nooks, and cabinet built­-ins properly appoint this house. Walk to dinner and summer golfing, and enjoy resort fireworks off of the front patio. Easy and quick access to SLC airport (30 min) will get you on the slopes fast. Watch skiers/boarders on Retreat Run right out your windows. The perfect family retreat!

Please note that Park City Mountain Resort manages all of the ski lifts and has sole decision-making authority on which ski lifts they open and close and if/when they run the ski lifts based on conditions and time of year. Thank you!

The Canyons Village Connect CVMA provides Canyons Village Connect to our guests throughout each winter season from scheduled Opening Day – scheduled Closing Day (mid-November through mid-April, dates vary from year to year). What a gorgeous home! My friends and I stayed here for the weekend to explore Park City. The home was large and stunning! We wished we stayed at least another day just to explore the home. The host was very responsive to all my questions and check in/out was seamless. I’d highly recommend this home if you have a large group.

Beautiful home, as advertised… very spacious, we all had room to spread out and have our own private space. The game room downstairs was a lot of fun - lots of pool playing … watched some movies in the theater room, that was very nice! Hosts (Michael and Debbie) very responsive and pleasant to work with. Would definitely come back here!

Our group of 13 had a fantastic time at this VRBO. It is spacious, clean and really comfortable for a large group with kids. Really convenient to the Canyons side of the resort. Great communication with the owner. We highly recommend, we will return on another trip!

Wonderful Getaway

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this house in the Canyons Village. It was very convenient and a short walk to the village and once you figured out the ski in/ski out path, it was quite simple. The only thing that would have made it better was if we could avoid the Red Pine Gondola and Orange bubble altogether. The house has plenty of room and things to do. We would stay here again.

The perfect setting

We decided to spend Thanksgiving week in Park City with our blended family. We had a group who had not spent time together before. This house was perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own room. There was space to gather and space to be alone. The house was very well appointed, with gorgeous woordwork everywhere. The kitchen was big enough for us to easily cook some meals , including Thanksgiving meal for 14. All features of the house got used: the hot tub, the billiards and game room, the piano, and the theater. The owners were incredibly responsive to the many questions I had while planning the trip. They were equally helpful when I reached out during our stay. The weather was perfect and the house was close enough to the Canyons Village area that we could walk there as a group. It was the most spectacular way to bring our special family together. We’d love to return.

Perfect Location at Canyons Village

Loved the location of this property. Quiet wooded neighborhood with trails out the back door up the mountain….also just a 3 minute walk to the center of canyons village. The house is very spacious, with fun activities for kids. The air hockey, foosball and pool tables, along with the spa kept the kids busy non-stop. Nightly movies in the movie theatre provided super fun family time! Only negatives were low water pressure in master bath shower and back patio could have been a bit cleaner…maybe swept prior to guest arrival. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Ski Paradise for a large group

Had a wonderful stay with a large group of friends (11 adults). If anything the photos undersold the spaciousness of the house. We specifically enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and downstairs lounge/theater. Will definitely try to book again for our next trip to Park City.

Fantastic property

Excellent property, easy ski in and out and responsive hosts. Every aspect of this house exceeded expectations. The ski trail is literally a few steps from the back door! We reallly enjoyed the downstairs recreation area with bar, pool table and theater. First class stay.

We will definitely return to enjoy the Red Pine Estate again. It is everything that is represented in the listing and more. The property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive. The location is excellent and we will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful well equipped home!

We enjoyed our time in Park City, 15 of us came together to celebrate the holiday and enjoy the area. Overall we can't complain, there was just about everything we could have needed in the home, including spices, and tools, pans etc to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. I think the only thing that could have put it to 5 stars was if there was a bit more flexibility with places to sleep. Having the basement couch and the loft couch be sleeper sofas would have helped us out a lot. Heated floors were a lovely touch and much appreciated as we could not seem to keep the temp in the house from being too hot or too cold, but it is a massive house so that was to be expected.
