This new construction 2-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. The living area features beautiful mountain views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. The full size kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just past the entryway you will find a modern washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV, and radiant floor heating throughout. Just off the living area is a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the Mountain House ski runs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, new appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining table seats 7 and is perfect for hosting family meals and a subsequent game night. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and its own entrance to the guest bathroom. The den offers a bunk bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Guests will enjoy a private laundry in this property featuring a full size washer and dryer, heated garage parking with dedicated parking space, and common area ski locker room with two dedicated ski lockers. In addition, the Keystone resort shuttle conveniently stops right in from of the Clearwater complex if guests wish to take a 3-minute ride to the Mountain House ski area.

If your on a budget...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at this place was disappointing. The broken couch set on a makeshift frame and a decrepit coffee table were clear signs of neglect. The kitchen lacked basic items, with dirty dishes and cups left in the cabinets. Upstairs guests stomping around and late-night noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep. The temperature was unbearable, even after adjusting the heat. The absence of a lamp in the living room and filthy windows added to the lackluster ambiance. If you're on a tight budget, it might suffice, but it certainly wasn't our ideal choice.

DESPERATELY NEEDS CURTAINS

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Giving 4 stars because there are no window coverings in the main living space and it really impacted our Christmas morning. It was a sunny day and the sun pours into the condo, reflecting off the dining table, sofa...really everything in there. We had wanted to have breakfast together for our family of 5 but we could not find enough spots together that weren’t absolutely blinding to sit in. We wanted to enjoy some board games but being at the table was like looking directly into the sun. I see that another reviewer made you aware of this previously but it seems nothing was done. There is no excuse for that. Please go to the condo in the morning of a sunny day, with snow on the ground, and try to sit and have a cup of coffee at the table. All the other units, from what we could tell, seem to have curtains and there is a reason. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
