Denne 850 kvadratmeter 2-værelses, 2-badeværelses condo sover seks og har en kingsize seng i skibsføreren. Den private balkon har udsigt over gården. Lige i hjertet af River Run Village, så er du bare få skridt væk fra shopping, restauranter og lokale festligheder. For ikke at nævne, du er en kort fire minutters gang fra højhastighedsgondolen.

Indgangspartiet tilbyder monterede kroge og en bænk for din bekvemmelighed, mens du kommer og går hele dagen. Opholdsområdet har et fladskærms-tv over en smuk gaspejs og en sovesofa i queensize-størrelse. Ekstra lagner og tæpper er i et skab. Lige ved opholdsområdet ligger den private balkon, hvor du har udsigt over Silver Mill-gården.

I køkkenet i fuld størrelse er udstyret med alt det essentielle køkkengrej og bordservice til at lave et måltid hjemmefra. Spisesalen har komfortabelt plads til tre med tre ekstra pladser i morgenbaren. Den første af to komplette badeværelser ligger lige ud af opholdsrummet og har en piedestal vask og bruser / badekar kombination. Begge badeværelser er udstyret med håndklæder og en første levering af toiletartikler.

Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng og et fladskærms-tv. Det eget badeværelse har dobbelt håndvask, en kombination af bruser / badekar og en dør adskiller toiletområdet for ekstra privatliv. Gæstesoveværelset har en queensize-seng og et fladskærms-tv.

Not a good experience

The good: the condo is close to the gondola and restaurants. The bad: 1. The way the property manager, Summit County Mountain Retreats, operates and communicates is sub-par. You can’t check in until 4:30 - 5:00. You have to drive to another location to get your keys, when most places nowadays have keypads with a code. Communication was spotty and unfriendly when attempting to coordinate an early check in. 2. The TVs did not work for three of our four days. It took 2.5 days to get a tech to come out and he didn’t come until well into the evening. 3. The TVs are tiny and ancient. No streaming, no casting. In 2025, people expect Roku or some other modern TVs. It is time for the owner of this unit to make some updates. 4. We had no hot water on our last day.5. There was a hairball on the bathroom floor that the cleaning people missed.6. When presented with these challenges, the property manager made excuses and did nothing to compensate us or keep us as a happy repeat client. We’ve stayed in units managed by Summit County before, but this will be our last time.

Very nice condo and very good location

Very nice condo and well located. Be aware what when the description says “washer and dryer” that means they are available on a different floor and not in the condo. There were no or runoff machines that were used retry new and take credit cards for payment so it worked well. In the constructive criticism department some more lightning would be really nice in the kitchen (under cabinet) and elsewhere.

Perfect for our ski trip

Great condo, all the cooking utensils needed, clean and an easy walk to the gondola. It was a perfect location for our family getaway! Would def stay there again.

Ski Vacation at Keystone

Excelent location

We had a weekend skiing with extended family. The location to the ski slopes and town is excellent and allowed everyone to walk to which ever activity they were planning. Condo is comfortable and has everything you need for a short or extended stay.

Great stay

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked and the place was as advertised. Minor points…The owners should consider upgrading the TVs and it would be nice to have more towels for use with the hot tub.

It is a convenient comfortable location right next to the gondola and keystones Village. It is well-maintained. The couches are getting quite uncomfortable and probably should be replaced. The fireplace didn’t work I let the management company know and they were very responsive.

Near the slopes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I would say it was a good stay. We came to spend the week, a family of 5 adults, to ski and explore the area! The 2 bedrooms were comfortable. We did have an issue with the sinks not draining and it took 24 hours to fix, so the master sinks were not able to be used in that time. And it took 3 plus hours of time with someone in our space. The pull out couch is not useable for an adult, my adult brother had to sleep on the floor. It’s very close to the slopes and walkable to a lot, we enjoyed the amenities offered! Wouldn’t stay again in the particular condo but would stay in Silver Mill again.

Convenient Unit Close to Gondola

If you’d like a place you can park your car (in secure garage parking) and not have to get back in your car until it is time to head out, this place is for you. The unit is about as close to the gondola and summit lift you can get with a handy ski locker in the lobby to securely store your gear. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The main living area has a pull out couch and easy-to-use fireplace. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, which was appreciated on the nights we chose to stay in. The unit also had cable and games/puzzles which were also appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Despite being in the heart of the village and on NYE, the unit was surprisingly quiet. Needless to say, our family enjoyed the condo and everything that came with it, immensely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic, right in the River Run Village...we had a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and the lift. Given the negative temperatures during our stay we especially enjoyed the heated parking structure. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, plenty of soap and trash bags and enough dishes to not have to run the dishwasher every day. The fireplace did not work. Maintenance was quick to respond and even brought us space heaters when they could not get the fireplace to work. Communication with the management company was good, they were quick to respond with our issues. Check in was easy, albeit not at the location (but this was well communicated ahead of time). Potential renters should know: bring your own coffee, shampoo and conditioner. There was not enough to get through our short stay. The couch was very worn and needs replacing; we brought our own blankets so didn't mind too much. Gas fireplace did not work (this is one thing we always look for in a rental so that was a shame). The first day the heat could not get high enough to make the unit comfortable. The building seemed to turn up the heat the following day (-25 degrees was in the forecast) so we were okay after that. Windows do look out on the side square so you will hear foot traffic in preparation of lift opening. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water for all of our showers (five of us).

The patio overlooks the River Run courtyard. The only drawback is the lack of cabinets. There is no room with all the glasses & dishes to store your food so makes the cabinet tops crowded. I couldn't figure out how they could solve this either. You just put them on top of refrigerator & cabinet tops. There are fans to use to cool it off which is a great help. Underground parking is shared with 2 other Condo companies. The elevator worked well. This is a nice condo for no more than 4. Wish there was a washer/dryer in it, but not designed for them.
