Discover the town of Antibes by staying in this spacious 100 m² flat with garden, located in a charming little residence in the centre of town, in a quiet location, ideal for family holidays. The flat comprises a large living/dining room and an open, fully-equipped kitchen, all opening onto the terrace and private garden.
In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with two twin beds (90cm) overlooking the garden and a shower room, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90cm), a bathroom and toilet.
An outside parking space completes this flat.
Pets are not accepted.
Cleaning costs are included in the price.
OPTIONAL SERVICE: linen hire. You can hire household linen (bed linen, shower towels and kitchen towels) PRICE: 145 Euros (RATE FOR 1 TO 7 DAYS) (if you book for more than 7 days, we will give you a quote).
The tourist tax must be paid by bank transfer before moving in.
The deposit of 500 Euros will be taken by credit card via SWIKLY.
