Clifton Views is a pristine three-bedroom apartment located in Clifton offering magnificent panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the 12 Apostles Mountains. The apartment is easily accessed down two short flight of steps where the elevator then takes you directly to the front door of the apartment. On entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a spacious, airy, relaxing ambience.
Life is centered around the open plan living area which flows freely to the two balconies, one of which has a small plunge pool.
The apartment is decorated throughout in soothing tones that reflect its surroundings perfectly. Where better to unwind, relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean whilst watching the beautiful sunsets Cape Town has to offer.
With its direct access to the rocks which is 50 metres away on Clifton First beach, this is the ideal spot for your beach holiday in Cape Town.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: As a professional property manager, we are delighted to inform you that all our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, removing the need for you to provide a physical cash damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process.
