Luksus villa, panoramaudsigt fra Caribien, skildpadde strand, grill, pool!

Villa Alamandra er en enebolig på Turtle Beach med 180 graders udsigt over Caribien og søsterø Nevis med sin smukke 3.000 fod Mt. Nevis 2 miles over havet. En 2 minutters gang vil tage dig til den smukke og afsondrede Turtle Beach.

Vores stue, spiseplads, køkken og master suite er i stueetagen med smukke naturlige træ høje hvælvede lofter. Verandaen og poolen ligger på samme etage. Gourmet udstyret brugerdefineret alt elektrisk køkken med fuld størrelse rustfrit stål apparater og granit bordplader. Nyd udsigten, mens du laver mad på den halvcirkulære køkkenø. Spisebordet har plads til 6-8.

Alle badeværelser er udstyret med brugerdefinerede forfængelighed og bordplader af granit. Alle 3.300 m² gulve er dækket med 18X18 importeret travertinfliser. Stort soveværelse (konge) og bad samt 2 store gæstesoveværelser (dronning) alle med franske døre til veranda og terrasse, aircondition og fans. Vaskerum med aircondition. Opholdsstue åbner til overdækket veranda ved glidende glasvæg.

Vi er beliggende i de meget eksklusive Turtle Beach Estates på SE-halvøen. Vi er også inden for gåafstand til Cockleshell Beach, hvor du i en mere afslappet indstilling finder du Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, aktivitetscenter for vandsport og Spice Mill Restaurant.

Selv den mest kræsne gæst ville finde vores udsøgte hjem og en ferie at huske. Bryllupsrejse ville elske vores romantiske omgivelser og placering.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa and visiting St Kitts! We highly recommend a trip to Nevis! We hiked the volcano on St Kitts, took in Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach, dined at Spice Mill, Arthur’s, Ship Wreck, Marshall’s, and another stop on the Frigate strip. The kitchen at the Villa was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch and enjoying it on the patio. The views are spectacular! A note - the Saturday morning market is no longer in operation down the road at “Cotton Farm” (I can’t remember the exact name of it right now).

Hillside villa

A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay

Spectacular views!

We loved Villa Allamandra! There are spectacular views from the patio and pool area out into the ocean and across the channel to Nevis!We scuba dived, sailed and snorkelled - and the island of St. Kitts is beautiful!The owners were great with communication and the villa was very comfortable for 6 people.

Great getaway!

Property was exactly as advertised - host was very helpful prior to arriving with suggestions of things to do! Definitely want to rent a car as this is the luxury, quiet side of the island.

Breathtaking view

It's amazing. Just as listed. Everything on the property is perfect. Only complaint is the road to the unit. Pot hole hell. Not their fault and they can't change that.

Great location

The views from the villa were exceptional. We loved the secluded beaches near the villa. They provided exactly what we wanted on this family Christmas vacation. Spent most of our days snorkeling and swimming. Our grandchildren are young so keep in mind your expectations. We feel we stayed on the best end of St. Kitts.

This home is OUTSTANDING and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The owner provided excellent suggestions for dinning, sight seeing and shopping. I have rented several VRBO's and Lisl/Buzz are the BEST hosts ever!

great layout, great views, great location!

the property certainly was consistent with the pictures and representation in the listing - but I’d say the best part of this rental was the communication with the owners before and during the stay - they offered lots of recommendations, which were super helpful as we had not been to St Kitts before, and they were very responsive when I reached out at any point before or during the stay. I definitely recommend this property and owner.

Classy Villa, Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, comfortable house, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. Our stay here was short (2 days), after staying at another villa, but we really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very nice and helpful on our arrival. We would definitely recommend Villa Alamandra.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property owners, Buzz and Lisl, were so wonderful with communication and giving us helpful information for our stay. The Villa was as advertised and had spectacular views!! The only thing that could’ve been better was if I booked a second week! You will not be disappointed with this property!

Really great stay

Overall it was a really nice stay. Everything we needed was there. The walk to the beach only took about 5 minutes, and the beach was really nice and quiet. There was plenty of everything we needed for our entire 9 days. I did read where someone complained about not enough toilet paper and detergent in another review. I’m not sure what they are used to, but toilet paper, dish, and laundry detergent is something we always bring with us on our stays at this type of property. Over all it was beautiful and quiet location. Getting there was a little ruff, and because our plane got in late from a 5 hour delay, and we had to taxi up at night and back down the next to pick our rental. Make sure you have transportation, taxi are $50 each trip.

The 5 star reviews are accurate, this property is exceptional. The house is clean, has a million dollar view and is very spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts. The hosts are very attentive and helped make our trip go smoothly. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful villa - exactly as advertised

This three-bedroom villa is exactly as advertised, if not better! We stayed four weeks in this immaculate and well-appointed home and came to love it. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. Our daily walks were rigorous, to say the least, due to the steep hills, but the views were worth it! The view from the verandah overlooking the strait between St Kitts and Nevis is captivating, as are the stars at night … and the occasional troupe of vervet monkeys who visited the grounds to graze. Lisl & Buzz were wonderful to work with — helpful, accommodating and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages. A five-star villa for certain!

Accused by the owners of soiling a washcloth. We brought one of our own which was left behind. Will not be staying here again.

Great spot!

Okay, Mundo’s beach bar is the only good service on the island I am pretty sure. So definitely go check out his place on reggae beach. The house is what is advertised with an awesome view of Nevis. The view definitely doesn’t get old. The hill going to the house is steep, but get used to it, that’s how the island is. And no one cares if you cry about a steep hill. Next thing, the property is nice and the owners don’t bother you unless you need them. Just the way it should be. The only knock I have on the property was the toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent were very much lacking. Very small amounts of these were provided and things we weren’t expecting to have to get very early in our trip. When traveling with women you literally have to hear about that until you have them. So could have done without that. Overall, great property and you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Top Notch Experience

This was an experience of a lifetime at a paradise location overlooking the beach/ ocean. William greeted us with emails filled with helpful information and suggestions for local things to do and how to navigate the island. They were very quick to respond to any message sent and were a godsent to guide us thru the Covid procedures for entering and exiting the island. I will say take their advise concerning getting groceries prior to your arrival which will help in the long run. The house was great, spacious, and ready for our arrival. We are actually looking at returning in Dec thanks to this wonderful experience and renting their property again. I wish I could share the pictures and videos we took as well as the drone footage. Thank you again for making our 30 Wedding Anniversary and lifetime memory!

Perfect Getaway

From start to finish this trip was perfect. Buzz and Lisl were the most responsive, thoughtful hosts we have ever encountered. If you want the most fantastic view, quite neighborhood, easy living house, book it NOW. In all fairness, the road into Turtle Beach is quite bumpy and requires your full attention, and the house has some deferred maintenance needs, but like all beach houses that is an ongoing issue! The inside of the home was sooo comfy and the porch is breathtaking. Kitchen was well stocked and if you desire, a wonderful housekeeper is available. We were there 5 weeks…and I left kicking and screaming! The island people are incredible. The Park Hyatt is minutes away, as is Reggae Beach Bar and a Sat farmers market. Living out on the Southeast peninsula provides a real island feel but you are only a beautiful 15 minute drive to grocery stores. i could not recommend hosts, house, island any higher. We miss it all!

Outstanding views

We just returned from a week at the villa. Location is slightly remote but that was just what we wanted. The view is second to none. The closest beach is not maintained so lots of kelp/seaweed coated the beach and no services there. Cockleshell beach is a short drive and very nice with full services. The villa itself is a little worn and could use some updating. We lost power for about 18 hours. The owners were very helpful guiding us to the location and use of the generator. 2 problems we encountered with it were no gas in the gas can and very little in the generator itself and the generator could not meet the demands of the villa so we couldn’t use the air conditioning or hot water heater during this time. That made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The property manager did deliver gas to us the following morning which was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and our time at the villa.

My wife grew up in Austria and I was raised in Florida and we both love the tropical climate and the Caribbean. We have traveled the world and sailed to many of the Caribbean islands but fell in love with Turtle Beach on St. Kitts. Although our children are on their own, they take any opportunity to visit us on Turtle Beach.

While visiting St. Kitts in 2003 we fell in love with this unspoiled tropical paradise. We purchased this land and finished construction December of 2008.

Unsurpassed views, the short walking distant to the unspoiled beach, the walk from Turtle Beach to Cockleshell and Banana Beach, the friendly neighborhood and the many activities available.
