**NEW AMENITIES "Seasonal or Remote Working Paradise"! Well located, modern home, with workstation and Secluded backyard perfect for enjoying the Florida Sunsets. Dine indoors under the cool A/C, or enjoy a coffee on the patio while hosting a Zoom Meeting with High Speed WifI. Well positioned less than a mile to Publix and a short bike ride to white sand and refreshing ocean water. This area hosts several nationally recognized beaches ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Our home has a unique circular concept where the entertainment space is located in the middle of the bedrooms. Seemingly drawing everyone to the common space for socializing. Perfect for playing one of the numerous board games we have. If you're anything like myself and love natural lighting, you'll appreciate how each room is lined with windows. You can go the entire day without turning on a light. Additionally, the number of windows makes it easy to keep a watchful eye on the kids from indoors while they play in the fenced in back yard.
Guests will have full access to the home and property.
The home is Dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee that will be collected after booking of $120.
The amount of interaction depends on your needs. The home is set up for self checkin with keyless entry for convenience. However, if you need me, I’m always available through chat!
Location is everything! Enjoy afternoon walks with the kids in this family Friendly community. Beaches, grocery store, and multiple Must Try restaurants within one mile!
Rideshare is available everywhere, bike rentals are fun, and car rentals are best. Less than 2 miles from anything you might want (mini golf, beaches, Publix). Less than 25 minutes to Fort Myers International Airport.

We've lived in the Naples area for several years, but love traveling and frequently use Airbnb ourselves. Our experiences with traveling and using Airbnb has provided us the knowledge necessary to be an exceptional host and provide a memorable stay for our guests. Feel free to instabook, or message me first. I’m happy to answer any specific questions in advance. By day, my wife and I are Physical Therapists. By night, we are foodies as we have shamefully tried over a hundred local restaurants and surely have a list of "must try". We also enjoy outdoor paddIe boarding/kayaking from a local hidden spot. Additionally, my wife is obsessed with painting and you will see several of her canvases hanging in our home.
