Some parking areas, sidewalks and grass areas may be temporarily inaccessible, and traffic under the porte cochere will be restricted to one lane. During this time, construction crews, equipment and noise may be present.**

Welcome to The Beach Club – Avalon #1904, a beautifully updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, located on the 19th floor and offering stunning views of the gulf. This vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is part of a full-service resort that brings comfort, convenience and fun together in one incredible destination.

Inside, The Beach Club – Avalon #1904 features a bright, open-concept living and dining area where you can relax after a day on the sand. Lounge on the comfy sectional and enjoy the large smart TV, or step out onto your private balcony to take in panoramic gulf views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare meals or quick snacks.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom just steps away. A stacked washer and dryer add extra convenience for extended stays.

Resort-style amenities include a beachfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, spa, grilling areas, a playground, a game room and access to The Village with restaurants, ice cream and seasonal activities. Clubhouse access, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center and additional amenities, is available for a daily fee. Parking for up to two vehicles requires a fee.

The only hiccup we had was the parking passes at the beginning. Everything else was exactly as expected! The place is really nice! Easy check out process. We loved the beach club! Easy, accessible access to the beach!

Great location spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, it had everything we needed in the kitchen (I would recommend adding a blender). The beds were very comfortable. It was a very nice space for our group

Family vacation

We love the beach club. Really liked this condo and being in the Avalon building. Would definitely stay here again. Most of it has been updated. Will be really nice once two showers r updated.

Family Fun Week

We loved staying here! Great view, nice access to the beach, kitchen was a good size and a great table for family eating and game playing. I thought being on the 19th floor would make me uneasy or the elevator access would be compromised. Neither was an issue. We had a great week!

Nice place

It was a very nice place, only problems were that the people above were incredibly noisy and threw glass beer bottles from their balcony and when we went to use the silver wear there was still food on some of them and the plates. Also, you can’t really see the left side of the beach from the balcony of the condo. Other that that everything was great.

Perfection

We’ve been going to Ft. Morgan since 2010. Have stayed in many condos at the Beach Club (including one of the penthouses). The quality of this unit was on par with the penthouse. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable furnishings. Our point of contact was Patti Brekoski. We love Patti. She was more than accommodating. Check in/check out was seamless. Would/will absolutely do it again!

Fall Break

The condo was very nice with lovely accomodations, upgraded appliances, and ample space for our family to stay. The property has so much things to do that we spent much time out of our rooms. The patio overlooks the Gulf and has wonderful views from the 19th floor. The unit is situated facing the Gulf, but the building has additional units to the side which may make some feel awkward since your neighbors are basically looking over your patio and you theirs. But that is just an artifact of how the building was constructed and did not really affect our enjoyment or view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay.

We could not get the gate opetator to give us patking passes for our 3 card. We could not get the rental management company to answer or return our calls or texts about parking and we could not get wristbands. The condo neded repairs of several issues. The balcony was filthy with dirt and mold. The batheoom drawers had water and hair/hair ties. The refirgerstor water/ice dispenser leaked due to unlevel floor. We could nor access the game room for our grandchild because we could not get wristbands.

Overall we enjoyed the condo.

We had a few hiccups, but the management team fixed them & made it all great. We have been to the Beach Club a few times before & have always loved it. This time included. We were alerted by other reviews that the balcony isn't swept and clean & that was how we found it as well. We also alerted the management team regarding the different furniture pieces that were broken which was annoying bc there were 6 of us. We didn't have enough functioning kitchen chairs to eat a family dinner, nor the balcony furniture that was broken. They did say they were getting new balcony furniture, so that is good for the next renters The biggest issue I found was the lack of dressers. We have stayed all over the US & never had a condo without dressers. I like to unpack and feel 'at home' when I am on vacation. I was unable to unpack properly and we had to leave a majority of our clothes in our suitcase. They had closets but with only a few hangers available. Other than the lack of dressers, we had a nice time. Thanks:)

The good. The bad. The ugly.

Let me start by saying, this condo was very nice and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. The pools were nice, and the views were immaculate. However, it was very frustrating for us trying to communicate with the property management company that was booked through here on VRBO. We couldn't get our parking passes and had to communicate back and forth between the security and the property mgmt team. Security was unable to add us to the visitor list- it had to be done through who we booked through. So, we spent quite a bit of time at the gate and on the phone multiple times trying to clear it up and making sure we wouldn't get towed. The property management that we booked through was not easy to get a hold of. They had a texting system, which was great- but often when messaging, the response would be they were out of office even though it was during office times. One phone number provided from them would tell you to call another number. You call the other number, and it wouldn't ring or it would ring endlessly with no answer. It was just a frustrating experience with the communication. I even reached out to this property management team about 1.5-2 months before our trip to discuss parking and didn't hear back and had to call them multiple times. All in all, we had a great trip. It was a nice condo, a nice resort, etc. However, unfortunately, we do not plan to book through this company again unless we see significant changes

The property was ok but the construction was very loud and annoying.

The property was ok. The plumbing lines were awful as water was not draining and started to smell. The construction noise was unbearable. The owner knew there was going to be construction, but still gave the property for rent. The jackhammer started from 8 AM to 4 PM everyday throughout the week.

We apologize for the construction, there is construction happening in individual units which we are not notified of. We attempt to make it very clear that repairs from Hurricane Sally are still ongoing so there is no confusion. This is why this property is currently at a lower rate than typical. We apologize that your stay was interrupted by the construction and hope the rest of your vacation was great.
