The whole process from start to finish was super easy. Room was clean and view from the balcony is great. Second time staying at San Carlos Condominniums and would definitely recommend. Most everything you need is within walking distance.

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and you cannot beat the beach view. The hosts were very polite and quick to respond. However, they put in the very bare minimum supplies. Plus the two stove eyes were broken, the hair dryer didn't work, there's a huge crack in the mirrored sliding closet, one of the dining chairs had a leg with a missing screw making it wobbly and hazardous. They did not supply beach chairs.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about the condo, view, and communication. We are sorry for the issues you encountered with the supplies and maintenance items, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Your detailed feedback about the stove, hair dryer, closet door, chair, and beach chairs is very helpful, and we will address these concerns with our team and owner as a priority. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to offer you a more seamless stay in the future.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the condo we rented. It was clean upon arrival and in a good location for teen aged kiddos. The parking at San Carlos was limited as we had to park across the busy main road most of the time we were there.

Gulf Shores

Beautiful decor but it could use some additional updates like getting rid of the dirty carpeting throughout and a new stove.

Very well done!

The condo has all the high end decor you would find in a luxury hotel. Very nicely done and feels like an upscale rental without the high end price tag. We will use them again

We enjoyed this condo. The flow and decor aligned with our family. My son has autism and loves to pace the floors. 804 provided him with the room he needed to be comfortable. When I needed to contact someone about a problem, I was able to speak to someone directly. They were helpful and kind. The office located on site also provided us with excellent customer service.

Location was great. Rental company should have made all customers aware of the parking fees associated with the property when booking not the day before rental starts. Broke closet door. Most bedroom door handles were not functional.
