Beautiful resort

I stayed at this house for the weekend and got to say the host was very respectful he answered all my questions quickly. The pool at the resort was nice had a bar for drinks and a arcade room for the kids great for a family to enjoy. The house was very clean as well close to most places didn’t have to drive that far even had a Publix down the street walking distance. Regal palms resort was a very quiet neighborhood entering the resort was quickly would definitely stay there again thank you brothers for the lovely stay

Property Manager

Overall the stay was nice. We stayed during a hurricane. The manager got us in early and also offered a free night seeing that we had no power at home. The manager was very nice, much appreciated.

Great Stay!!!

I can honestly say from the moment I booked until the moment I checked out, it was such a breeze. The host made it very easy. Was very understanding when I asked for an earlier check-in. I received all the information I needed for checking in with time before I got to the resort. The home itself was perfect for me and my two children.

Excellent stay bit of walking

We have stayed preciously at this resort. We knew what to look for however we underestimated the walking distance to the pool! We drove every time. It was all as expected clean property helpful staff all around! Checkin was awesome the ladies weee very helpful and explained everything as there have been many changes since our last visit. We will stay here again!!

Not the worst but not the best

The cleanliness of the property was clean, but the inside wasn’t that clean at all. During the check in process the manager told me I didn’t even have a reservation, because the owner didn’t communicate that we were coming. The online listing made the property look big when in fact it isn’t. Communication with the owner was a quick response. I had to ask him for towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper because it wasn’t available on demand. My family shared one roll until they had some delivered. The location and neighborhood is quiet. The pool aren’t what you expect for a resort. There were other ppl complaining about the pools as well. Overall, my stay wasn’t pleasant at all for the money I paid.

Broken bed and kitchen plumbing

The bed was broken and we couldn’t sleep in one of the beds. My daughter broke her Nails trying to open the microwave because the handle on the microwave door is broken. He lie and told us that someone was going to fix it. The sink in the kitchen was clogged up and he told us that someone was going to come and fix it and he never showed up. My husband had to unclogged the sink and fix it so we can be able to wash dishes. The property owner said he was going to give me a reimbursement and when I ask him about no response.

It was just okay

Chose this place for the description of pool and amenities. The pool was overcrowded and dirty with nowhere to sit. The place itself was fine with many details off (broken drawers to tv table, broken door hinge, broken decor on walls.) Strange that 2/3 bedrooms didn’t have dressers to store clothes. Annoyed that we drove all that way only to arrive later in evening with tired kids and not have an entry code.

Great location

Great Place to stay! Wish the bathrooms were cleaned a little better. The tub in the master bathroom was really dirty. Other then that great place!

Terrible communication and poor housekeeping

The night before we were scheduled to check in I had not received any instructions from the owner on how to access the property. I sent him a message through the VRBO app and his response was "get it to you in 1 hr" He later responded back saying that "check in is at 3pm" but he still did not provide me any details on how to access the property (door code, resort info, etc" I had to ask again within just hours of our check in time and he finally gave me the door code. Shortly after I receive a message saying the cleaning crew is running behind and asking us to check in later than the listed check in time. Once we finally check in we noticed some immediate issues that need addressed. First of all, the cleaning crew that needed extra time did a terrible job cleaning. They didn't even take the time to put away the cleaning supplies, they were staked in the entryway, in our way. Upon inspection of the home we notice that there are absolutely zero household products (hand soap, hand towels, wash cloths, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags) all the things that come standard with VRBO are not there. The backyard is full of trash, lights are burnt out and a couple of the beds still have dirty sheets on them. I contact the property owner again through the app and describe the situation to him. He doesn't respond to me for hours and after a send multiple message begging him to respond. At this point, my family is disgusted in the place and we are all frantically looking for alternate lodging options. Eventually he responds and late that night he drops off some of the items on the porch. I ask him to please call me or come into the home so we can show him the issues, but he does not respond. He literally came to the property while we were there, left the items on the porch, but wouldn't check out the property issues Instead he asks me to send him photos, but the app will not allow that and he keeps saying his cleaning staff said they did a good job .... I literally have photos to show otherwise and he could have seen this himself if he wouldn't have run off. The rugs in the home are stained with what appears to be serious pet urine and/or food, we found blankets in the closet full of stains. We had to wash all our own bedding as it was clear the cleaners did not wash it. After we bought all the supplies, cleaned the entire property and washed all the bedding we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Clean place

Property was very clean with a good amount of space. The property however was very far from pool which was not advertised. Food was ok at restaurant.

Beautiful Place

Clean with all the essentials. We had to attend a last minute soccer tournament with our son and they were so accommodating. We had a beautiful quiet stay. Central to everything!

Family had a good vacation with this property

The location was in a nice area and it's was well taken care. The home seem to be recently updated so it fell modern and welcoming, nice home size for a family of five. We had minor hiccups with the reservation and the check out but the host solve the issues right away. We had to pay additional fees to the resort so you should expect that outside the original total price. Overall, the stay was good.
