Large secluded home with 44' pool, hot tub, and gym on 32 acres. There are 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a recreation room with Ping Pong, Mega Chess, Giant Jenga, and Giant Connect 4. Separate entertainment/bar area. Large master bedroom with master bath with whirlpool tub. 5 acres of lawn area, 2 Laundry rooms. Full kitchen. Perfect for family stays. The pool has a large shallow end that is great for kids. It's a nice remote area for watching the stars at night. Very quiet and peaceful!

Google Maps will take you directly to the property. The driveway is a long, narrow road that will lead you directly to the house.

In case of an emergency or the need for special assistance, guests can contact the host directly or call the property manager.

There are virtually no neighbors. Very quiet other than the outdoors. This is an isolated residence surrounded by 27 acres of trees and forest. Lots of wildlife. Great for a family getaway. Very private and secluded.

Guests will have 24/hr access to the entire house (excluding the garage), which includes the pool, hot tub, gym, fire pit, game room, bar area, and surrounding forest area.

5 acres of lawn around the house surrounded by trees and forest. Enjoy nature with 28 acres of wooded area to explore. Deck and grill for BBQ. Fire-pit near the hot tub. Plenty of tables and chairs for games, eating, and entertaining. Board Games are available for use. Outdoor Basketball Hoop and ball. Volleyball set available for use.

Pool Details:
- The pool is open seasonally, from June to September. If weather conditions allow, the pool may be open earlier or closed later in the season. Pool availability during your stay is not guaranteed; please contact the host directly for more details about the pool schedule. (The pool availability is subject to weather conditions)

- Heated pool options are available for an additional fee, ideal for night swimming or cooler weather conditions. Contact the host for more details.

- The pool features a large shallow end, making it ideal for children.

Hot Tub Details:
- The hot tub is open year-round and available for guest use. This 6-seater hot tub offers Bluetooth audio, adjustable massaging jets, LED lighting, and drink holders to enhance your relaxation.

You can take a taxi from the airport or rent a car; it's about 27 minutes from the Scranton/Wilkes Barre airport and approx. 2.5 hours away from New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia airports. Car rental is recommended as this is a very rural area.v The closest town and grocery stores are approx. 10-25 minutes away.

awesome house, plenty of space for your whole crew. Pool was fantastic and gym is great to have. Only complaint is the rental needs a new grill. Will come back to rent this house with friends, highly recommend

The house was fine but there were damages. There was a window screen from the upstairs window by the front door. Some one the dining chairs were broken. The basement ceiling and pipes were leaking. A couples holes in the first floor ceiling. The fridge didn’t cool, half our food when bad. The door frame to the master bedroom was broken. The floors were sticky on arrival. There was a maintenance worker fixing the downstairs toilet. The host said the grill and pool are usable but we had to scoop out lots of leaves and bugs out and the grill was disgusting and there was no tools to clean it nor did it work. The jacuzzi didn’t work, we spent 1 hour fixing it.

Amazing

Our staycation was the most beautiful amazing place. My family was so happy And We all enjoy the trip. I will definitely recommend this house(mansion). The house is perfect and I would for sure come back with my family again.

Christmas getaway

We had a blast. It was enough room for everyone in the family. From the oldest to the youngest, it was a Christmas to remember. We definitely will book again.

We were very unhappy with our stay and feel that the home did not meet the standards expected for the price we paid.When we arrived, the property had not been fully cleaned despite it being past the designated check-in time. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the home upon entry. The kitchen was particularly disappointing. The vent above the stove had oil dripping from it, which nearly fell into our food while cooking. The kitchen supplies were inadequate for a home of this size. There were not enough utensils for everyone, the cooking tools were lacking, and the knives were too dull for basic food preparation. Additionally, the stove and oven did not heat properly, causing meal preparation to take an excessive amount of time. It often took us three to four hours to prepare meals because the appliances would not reach sufficient cooking temperatures. We were also concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding. The sheets appeared not to have been properly washed, as we found chips and other debris underneath the covers. The air conditioning did not cool the entire house evenly, leaving several areas, including bedrooms, uncomfortably warm.There were several maintenance issues throughout the property as well. Some bathrooms had broken trash bins, while others had no trash bins at all. We also noticed a hole in the ceiling of one of the living rooms. Overall, the house felt dusty, musty, poorly maintained. We would not book this property again and would not recommend

Super large and well equipped isolated home

We had a wonderful time at this house, but important to note that it is an about 25 minutes from almost anywhere (restaurants, attractions, skiing, etc). Fantastic place if you wish to stay mostly at the site. Very responsive property manager and realtor.

Half of this house is updated and clean but the kitchen, patios, sunroom, garage, laundry room, carpets, and landscaping had many broken things and not clean at all. I will be contacting the host about the cleanliness and poison ivy hrowing everywhere around the pool. The host was responsive to our pool issue and made a house call to fix a part on the pump.

Great House, Definitely Secluded

The house is great and matches up with the pictures. It is definitely secluded with the last half mile or so being dirt roads, so be careful if there's bad weather. The cleaning people did a good job before we got there even with a quick turnaround from the last group that stayed.The kitchen is well stocked with decent pots and pans and lots of cooking utensils and knives that were actually mostly sharp. The grounds are extensive and some of our group made use of the trails they've cut around the property with no issues.Minor cons and these aren't deal breakers, nor were they secrets, we just didn't realize before we booked. There are 3 bathrooms but only 2 showers. One of the bathrooms with a shower is the master bath. Also, the house layout is a little choppy. If you have a large group (12), there's not a good place to have them all gather to eat at the same time or something like that.Again, the above is NOT something the owner hides, we just didn't really pick up on it.All in all, this is one of the better houses we've stayed at and we would go back.

Enjoyable, quiet country setting

Alot of amenities and beautiful outdoor pool area. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Plenty of room for large groups. Wifi slow in certain parts of the house, but overall had a great experience.

Nice place in the woods

This house had everything

This house was perfect for a trip with friends- we didn’t have to leave! The house is stocked with anything we could have wanted or needed, had plenty of space for a large group, and the property manager Joe and the owner were super nice.

Perfect Getaway

This beautiful home was incredible for our large family gathering. Wonderful secluded rental. We all enjoy the property and explored some of the trails. Children loved it as well as adults. Wish we had more time to experience it all. Home was extremely clean. Plenty of room for all of us to relax through out the home. The game room and gym were beyond our expectations. Most importantly, Ortell responded quickly to any questions and was a pleasure to rent from. We can’t wait to return.
