There is a Resort Fee of,
$30/day plus tax for stays of 1-6 days
$25/day plus tax for stays of 7-15 days
$20/day plus tax for stays of 15-29 days
And $300/month plus tax for stays of 30+ days

Valet Parking Fee is:
29/ day plus tax for stays of 1-3 days
$25/day plus tax for stays of 4-7 days
$20/day plus tax for stays of 7-14 days
And $280/month plus tax for monthly stays

This fee includes access to the beach and pool. The beach will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella under that fee. Any additional chairs or umbrella's needed will need to be paid directly to the vendor Esteban's place. Esteban’s place beach management (the chair and umbrella vendor on beach) is located just north of the building, the umbrellas are a red and white color and are very easy to recognize. You can always ask the front desk and they will guide you on how to get all your beach necessities.
